Fast service and no problems answering all my questions

My experience was absolutely perfect from start to finish.

I'm sure this is great but I mistakenly thought this would recognise my cd collection I loaded onto my Brennan jb7 bought second hand, but found out later that this won't do that for music already on the drive only music loaded after this software is loaded.

Although I ultimately sorted out my problem, I feel the support from Brennan is aimed at those who have more computer knowledge. I am quite good with computers providing the explanation is easy to follow.
I can understand the the OS is on a new sd card and that can be down loaded or I can pay a price for a new card. I chose to buy a new one, but the first one did not work, I then believed that there was a bigger problem. However I was sent another card and it works. The concern to me is that the operating is not that stable I am not sure what made my original stopped or was corrupted.

My purchase from Brennan was prompted by many hours of attempting to solve a connectivity issue. The part recommended by Brennan support arrived promptly with live tracking from despatch. When the part did not immediately solve my problem, Brennan support found the solution despite it being a Sunday. This is a premium brand, a cut above the usual disposable mass produced nonsense, and the support facilities, even for a decade-old purchase, is a breath of fresh air.

Delivery was prompt. The new remote works fine, the previous one was driving me mad. The first one I had seemed to work for quite a few years but the last two or three didn’t seem to last long before keys began to fail.

Excellent Customer service and advice. Also Mr Brennan himself may talk to you.

My purchase was a refurbished b3plus and it's as good as new. No problems so far (after 3 weeks ownership). Brennan has no telephone support and all communication is via email ( I did know this before buying). This is a serious bit of kit for audiophiles and I'm still learning all the features. I've invested quite a bit of my time so far learning how to 'rip' cd's and then getting all the artists, albums and tracks named the way I like. This is not as straight forward as I thought and involves using an online database which is built into the b3plus (A cd that is not found in the online db requires specialist knowledge and I've used the brennan forum to help with this). I've wired the b3plus up to my hifi system (using the 3.5mm jack) and it's also connected to my wireless Sonos speakers and both worked really well. (I've not connected speakers direct to the b3plus yet.) I've copied over 200 cd's onto the b3plus now (many more to do) and it's great being able to play any track in any room effortlessly and all from my phone. I thoroughly recommend the b3plus.

Great bit of kit, easy to set up straight out of the box, loaded lots of cds on so far, just a few albums not recognised but on the whole very good, quick dispatch time from ordering.

Bought this to replace my Brennan JB& as the screen has faded. Rather than repair decided an upgrade was best. We are NOT disappointed

Although the Brennan B3+ wasn’t quite the right fit for my particular needs, I was impressed by its build quality and overall design. It feels like a well-made, thoughtfully engineered product. What stood out most was the excellent customer service—friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout. While I ultimately decided it wasn’t for me, I can certainly appreciate the quality of the unit and the outstanding support behind it.
