I attended the Bremont Wing Tour. It was great to see what Bremont are doing for the UK watch industry. The in-depth knowledge of our guide, Tom Quintrell, of both Bremont and the watch industry was excellent and very insightful. I would highly recommend a visit!

We visited Bremont HQ yesterday for the tour and also to collect a Supernova watch, which features the very latest Bremont movement.
We were blown away by the manufacturing facility and by the past and present model range. We are now fully on board with the brand, having only become aware of it relatively recently.
Secondly, I have to comment on the service which we received from Imogen, a really professional, thoughtful and engaging individual (we plan to visit her up in Manchester to select a watch for my wife) and someone who is clearly 110% proud to be part of the Bremont team.
We also really enjoyed the tour presentation from Tom. What a knowledgeable guy who really brought Bremont to life for us and who was encyclopedic in both his product knowledge and also the luxury watch market in general.

Lastly, I’m delighted with the Supernova watch, it’s a great watch which joins my collection and which I think may now become my ‘go to’ watch. Seeing where and how it was made adds a certain 'Je ne c’est quoi' which I haven't found with other luxury watch brands. I thoroughly recommend the brand and if you are able to visit the Bremont HQ for a tour you certainly should do.

I have a few Bremont Watches the first purchased in 2008. It is really quite refreshing when you purchase a product for the manufacturer to care and deal with any issues direct in such a proactive way. My latest purchase arrived with strap too short for my wrist. A call to Bremont and it was sorted no hassle. I have always found the company to care about the customer. I have visited the New York and London Boutiques and always been offered a drink and great service. The buying experience and dealing with Bremont are a real pleasure.

Outstanding and complimentary aftermarket service. I strongly believe many customers incl. myself will positively consider a new purchase from a company providing a solid aftermarket service. Bremont has clearly understood and seem to prioritize their support in this area.

Fascinating tour of an amazing facility. Luke gave a friendly, informative and interesting presentation (greatly aided by his own watchmaking experience) followed by a cracking tour of the manufacturing process. You really get a feel not just for the high quality engineering but their love of the process and its British heritage and the company’s values. Recommended

We enjoyed a tour of the The Wing and being immersed in the brand, which is a continuation of all the great British brands.
Luke was very knowledgeable so we learned a lot about watchmaking. We enjoyed making the watches and Luke made the experience fun.

Bremont’s organisation of this event from the team in Melbourne to the team at The Wing has been exceptional. We were greeted by Luke at The Wing and from there he expertly guided us through the history of watchmaking and how Bremont are on the journey to bring this valuable skill back to Britain. A special part of the experience was being able to see how the Bremont watches are manufactured through to being assembled by hand. We thoroughly enjoyed this experience - thank you Bremont and all the team and well worth the visit, definitely a must for a watch lover.

I purchased a watch from Bremont about four years ago with great customer service provided at the time. Recently the strap became faulty and without quibble Bremont Customer Service Team offered to replace if for me FOC and sent me a replacement one with days. I’m lucky to wear various watch brands day to day, but I thought this level of committment was worth writing a review on. Thank you Bremont/ Alison D. Regards

had bought a watch through a concession and had an issue. Although it was not directly Bremont's problem, they took over the issue and dealt with it immediately and resolved the problem straight away. cant praise them enough.

Booked factory visit which is a must for any one who loves their watches.
Had no idea of the complexity which goes into the manufacturing process and levels of quality control Brement use. Had the chance to put together a bespoke watch. On the return to the factory to collect the watch we were given the full Brement experience. Can't thank the staff enough for making the whole experience so special and I now have a treasured British watch.

On 6 June 2022 I purchased a watch directly from Bremont. I subsequently had to chase several times to obtain the warranty documentation from them.
In early September the watch became faulty, it could not be adjusted as the winder was very stiff, despite my husband only wearing it infrequently for special occasions. Despite the watch being so new and under warranty I had to send it to Bremont at my own expense for repair.
On 23 September they sent me an email to say the watch had been received and would be assessed. I have heard nothing further. I wrote to customer service centre raising awareness of the issue, and have had no response. This is not the standard of customer service or quality I expected when purchasing from what considered to be a reputable brand.
They have had the watch for 30% of the time since purchase. Never again will I purchase from this company. All focus is on promotion, none on customer service post purchase.

I purchased a Bremont Arrow and the accuracy is very poor despite being returned to its service centre (which took 3 months to return) to resolve. Here I am again about to return my Arrow to get the watch to operate within chronometer tolerances. Currently it’s gaining 25-30 seconds a day, worse than before its return. As a new watch brand in relative terms, Bremont needs to improve the quality control of their movements or their reputation is going to fall off a cliff. Primary function of a timepiece is to keep time. £3800 clearly doesn’t get you there. Disappointed

28 Oct 2022 - The watch has been returned and is now working within chronometer tolerances. In fairness to Bremont their service centre communication and customer care is very good.

Very disappointed with Bremont. My husband sent watch for service (at a very costly price) five months ago and today he was asked (by phone) to describe my watch as they weren’t sure what had been returned to the shop. This watch face was missing the strap which was quoted in the price for renewal as I’ve had this watch for several years. In the five months that Bremont have had my watch I have not been updated by email or phone call by them. The only updates I have been given is when I’ve called, emailed or popped into the Bluewater or Canary Wharf stores requesting the return of my timepiece!!!

Like other reviewers, I have also suffered from multiple issues with my Bremont Broadsword. Whilst each issue has always been handled professionally with excellent customer service I have had to return my watch on no fewer than SIX occasions. I’ve only owned the watch for two years, and most of that has been spent back at Bremont HQ getting fixed. On multiple occasions the watch apparently magnetised and gained/lost time, and more than once I’ve had to return the watch for foreign objects lodged under the watch face. After the most recent problem I’m left feeling that Bremont are very good at customer service & branding, but the ability to make an accurate timepiece with an eye for detail is left wanting. Like others, I’d recommend looking elsewhere for a watch, or just buy a Casio.

Just purchased a Bremont watch from the Bluewater Boutique, Dartford.
From entering the store to the final purchase, the first class treatment that both my wife and I have received from the wonderful brand ambassador's, Richard & Manisha was both memorable & pleasurable.
We left the store wanting to return at some point just to say hello again!

Long story short.. FedEx lost my Bremont as I was sending it to get serviced.

Bremont then made sure I had a brand new replacement on my wrist within a week after it was clear my original watch had been stolen or lost.

I cant thank the team at Bremont enough.

Purchased my Bremont e type limited edition watch today from blue water boutique. The service was fantastic. They know the company history and they know the products so well. My wife and i were made to feel very special and we left the shop with a big smile on our faces. I can not thank them enough for looking after us

From our very first dealing with the wonderful staff in the Manchester store I know we would be making a purchase, all we had to do was narrow down our ‘want list’ from all their beautiful pieces. The level of customer service from every member of staff we dealt with was outstanding. We were invited to attend launch parties and festive events and were greeted like long time friends by everyone from the Manchester store staff all the way up to the CEOs.

We genuinely feel that they deliver customer service to a level so rarely seen nowadays and we are so pleased that we made the decision to purchase one of their pieces. We’ll absolutely be back for more.

So glad they have a Manchester store so I can see these watches first hand. Staff were so knowledgeable. Recommend dropping in for the experience
