Zac was an absolute delight to deal with. Myself an my wife were introduced to all staff members and made to feel part of a family.

I regret going anywhere near Bremont! Another company hiding behind the 'live chat!, 'working from home', 'no Managers in the office'. Maybe that's why it is what it is!! Once they have your money, it's run for the hills! away from the customer as fast as possible. Stick to the REAL luxury market if you want your investment to grow at least in line with inflation. Rolex are thoroughly dependable and keep their value, so save a little more and get a brand that has a great reputation unlike Bremont, who are the 'Benidorm' of the watch world! lol Might as well dump my Bremont in the nearest bin!
Every time i call this company about the build quality they have all the excuses ready. Cant speak to senior team members and they just don't provide the level of service the true luxury brands can. Save your money and buy a really decent watch that retains its value.

We bought an automatic Bremont watch 18 months ago. In spite of the watch being an automatic and worn every day it stops every 2 days and has to be wound up manually. Bremont repaired it twice, but it did not improve. In my opinion we wasted money on a product where aspiration of the brand does not come close to reality! Management just does not seem to care!

From start to finish, the experience of returning a watch to Bremont for inspection and subsequent repair has been wonderful. Polite, professional, understanding and no question unanswered. I am considering purchasing another Bremont in the future as a result of their service. I felt valued as a customer and that my watch still mattered to them and was treated as if it was a new purchase, not an item that has been worn (and is much loved / sentimental) and being returned as a faulty item made it less important - more the opposite.

No resale value unlike : Cartier / Rolex etc. You cannot re sell in Auction or Pawn / borrow against tge ghohsands of pounds lost. All parts made by someone else fof them. Two pompous /conceited " Owners " so asleep and devorced from reslitg that they left a ton of the overpriced merchandise years ago unattended on " show " at a trade fair and someone helped themselves to tge rubbish. Unfortunately as I said this unimaginative/ rubbish has no resale value and when nicked/ obviously worse than useless!!!

Fantastic customer service. Emailed them re a broken watch strap and got a very quick response offering to replace the strap. First class service as you would hope from a brand like Bremont I can’t compliment them enough.

Strap broke on my Martin Baker MB, scratching the bezel. Bremont dealer sent it in for new bezel, adjustment and new strap. That was nine months ago. Zero communication, complete runaround every time I contact Bremont NY directly. An absolute battle to get any information on my watch. Nightmare.

Really enjoyed dealing with the sales staff. They really knew their stuff! It’s a first class watch and first class service!

Visited the Bluewater Bremont Boutique yesterday, came with a purchase of a watch and strap i love. Customer service from Kieran and the Manager (cant remember her name) was excellent. They were knowledgeable, friendly, not pushy and helped me find the right watch for me. Cant recommend them or the boutique enough.

Great personal service from the service department. Great to be able to speak with someone and discuss needs and requirement. Great outcome, very pleased.

Rudy at the Bremont South Audley Street shop delivered excellent and generous service. As a fairly new customer to Bremont, Rudy, walked me through the basics of setting up the watch, changing the date/time correctly and showed me how to change the strap. He was clear, articulate, helpful, friendly and genuine - a rare combination of attributes in the high street these days. Overall and excellent experience and I look forward to visiting Bremont again.

I love this brand. The watch (in my case an S500) is fantastic and continues to get compliments 2 years after I bought it, but equally good is the above and beyond customer service that I’ve experienced on more than one occasion. Thanks Bremont - I’m a life long fan.

A strap I had purchased from Bremont had started fraying and upon emailing customer services about this, I was delighted to learn that they were more than happy to replace it free or charge! The representative I spoke to was very quick to respond to my emails and eager to help. I do believe Bremont strive to provide a positive customer experience and endeavour to keep repeat customers. I certainly will remain a Bremont customer knowing that they’ll take care of me if I need it!

Bremont handled my recent watch service extraordinarily well, from start to finish they made me feel like their number one customer. The work was performed perfectly, and my beloved Bremont came back to me sparkling clean.

Cannot fault the level of service from Erin and the Bremont team who helped me with my recent Military special project purchase. They made it extremely easy with regards to the purchase process and the subsequent delivery once the watch was ready (which in this case was to an overseas BFPO address). The watch arrived in super quick time and was very well packaged and protected, with full tracking available throughout the delivery period (including the BFPO part). I even got a surprise free Bremont logo T-shirt, which was nice!

I purchased my Supermarine S301 directly from Bremont back in June 2020. It arrived very smartly and extravagantly packaged, in black boxes complete with a leather travelling pouch. So far, so good. I was very pleased with the watch and wore it daily.
During Christmas 2021 the numbered black dial on the rotating bezel fell off. I contacted Bremont Service Centre and the watch was returned for warranty repair at the start of January 2022. Following a number of chasing emails, the watch was returned to me some 6 weeks later in mid February.
I was told there was insufficient adhesive. everything was fine until August 2022 when exactly the same thing happened. The watch was again returned for warranty repair. Again after numerous emails the watch was returned to me some 7 weeks later at the beginning of October. At the end of May this year I noticed that the luminous dot on the hour marker of the rotating bezel had fallen off. Yet again the watch was returned for warranty repair. Yet again after numerous emails and a great deal of patience, I was informed on the 4th July that the watch was with Quality Control and would be returned in approximately one week. I am still waiting and it has now been nearly ten weeks!! The moral is, if you purchase a watch from Bremont and it works well, then you are fortunate, however, if you purchase one that develops a fault, then God help you!!
Style over substance!!
I have now purchased a Rolex Oyster Submariner, something I should have done 3 years ago!!

Having emailed Customer Service to obtain answers to my complaints, I was immediately contacted by the Head of Customer Satisfaction, who resolved all my issues instantly and left me a "happy bunny".

Our experience at the Mayfair Boutique has always been nothing short of amazing. Our last visit was no different. Called by to pick up a Vulcan, and the whole process was managed incredibly professionally by Rudy and the team.
They are perfect ambassadors for the brand, always helpful and welcoming without ever making you feel pressured to buy. Having said that, this is our fifth! And we will be back, we would not go anywhere else. As far as the customer is concerned the service they provide cannot be bettered.
