Easy to use website, easy booking procedure

We arrived early due to having no confirmed details after we booked, we was fine with them saying we was early but was told allowed on site until booked in, although they have no details of myself apart from name, because I dint book direct with them they said, and made it know to everyone in reception who then needed all my details, how have they accepted a weeks booking with just a name but paid, definitely security/safety issue there, when it came to 4pm she said sorry it not ready yet and we would have to wait, there was others the same but as they booked via them they was given some vouchers to go get some drinks while they waited, we was left stood in busy reception so I stands back in the queue 20 minutes later and still not ready, I just walked back and sat in car, at 4.45pm I went back in queue and my phone rang it was a young lady in the back rinjng to let me know it was now ready she came out the back with our brown bag with map and times of opening, and the key with WiFi code and that's all she told us, we found our cottage and although its vary nice build etc it was the nicest when inside, no plug for bath, very deep scratches to bath what look likes from a dog, dirty fridge, no information on fire assemble points etc, no info how to use dishwasher or microwave as totally different to ours, no info on anything in the area, shop shuts at 4pm, dirty carpets, spillages, quilt covers double the size of quilts inside and 1 hr 20 mins to fill bath and 20 mins to get the plug that was separate out the whole with tweezers

Had a lovely holiday, will be going again next year

This is the third booking I have made with break free holidays really easy process and I love that it’s only £10 deposit this enables me to book early and save up very helpful in today’s difficult times

Made a booking through Breakfree Holidays for UK caravan park. They had what I wanted and with a 15% discount made it even better.
Booking was easy with low deposit an added bonus plus instalments for balance.
Altogether a great experience.

Easy booking , lot of chioce

Once my payment had gone through, I got a message saying that I had no booking in progress. I started to book again but luckily checked my credit card app and also my emails, and lo and behold, I had a booking after all.
This was very confusing and could have resulted in me making a duplicate booking.

Very easy and straightforward to book online.

Joseph could not have been more helpful the Web site is easy to understand it just so nice you can just phone and speak to a real person he sorted everything at a vary good price my first booking with them was like it used to be years ago thank you
