Very happy with the car. Some issues along the way which were mostly fixed, which extended the pick up date, but overall a good deal and a fair Part Ex price.

Loved the friendly and knowledgeable young man at the front desk. He explained things so well, put my mind at rest re replacing my tyres.
Disappointed my car was returned unwashed. Last time it was cleaned beautifully.

A routine service and MOT made easier by having a pick up and drop off service, something we look for. Loose a star as we now have to pay £50 for this and unlike in the past the car is returned without a clean and valet. Afterwards we were told that a tree is planted somewhere instead? Not sure where. A new system is in place whereby a short video is sent with mechanic filming your car. Then a digital report is sent and you click to approve spending on anything suggested. Would rather a quick call to explain any issues and take payment. Don't require mechanic to be a vlogger as well. Always happy with a simple call as in the past, don't want staff to be cut.

Didn’t receive a reminder for annual service and MOT.
Communication was poor. Unanswered phone when trying to book and also on service day no answer when seeking progress report. This was important to me for arranging pick up. The Car was not washed on collection. On the plus side, a useful little video was received showing condition of brakes, tires etc The general impression is of a service under strain.

I had visited several dealerships before arriving at Braleys in Ewell. I was immediately impressed with the calm and relaxed atmosphere. All the staff were kind and helpful. No hard selling
Paul Simey was the person who helped me through the whole procedure of buying my car. He immediately put me at ease. He was very kind and understanding, explaining things in language I could understand.And always available to answer any questions I had.

Unfortunately I cannot remember the names of all the staff who served me, but the repairs and MOT carried out was at a reasonable cost, plus the staff were very helpful and polite.
A trustworthy dealer based on my experience so far.

I see little customer benefit in booking in a service online as still had to hang around when arrived with the car.
Company seem rather too keen to find things to replace on a service.

The people are friendly and helpful , especially Chris and Sammi. They give me honest answers to questions and do their very best to make sure everything goes well.

On time service and professional staff approach

Carried out 3 year service and MOT as scheduled. Helped increase my understanding of car which the Owners handbook does not and which a different Honda outlet failed to do. Staff are very helpful and patient.
Would get 5 stars if car cleaned as part of service. I understand this service is due to be resumed soon.

Final handover went smoothly

Had a terrible experience at this dealership, the moment we signed to buy the car it all went downhill. First of all it took three times to finally get the car, after lots of apologies our salesman offered to give us a full tank of petrol, that turned out to be £15 worth of petrol. The driver that delivered the car turned up with a fully ticked checklist and then couldn't do any of it and still expected a signature, didn't even know where the wheel nut was. we also paid an additional £400 to extend the warranty by a year and it took them two weeks to give us the paperwork for it after we chased and chased. Just appaling service, and this is not all that happened in this transaction. I do not recommend this dealership, they really need to train their staff better.
