Good customer service

There is a strong feeling of professionalism at this dealership, with knowledgeable and courteous staff, including the sales team. The premises are smart, which also enhances the customer experience. I was served and advised by a very helpful and patient sales executive from the start to completion of the purchase and exchange process.

Took my Honda Jazz to have recall work done.
It was only when I arrved (before 9am) that I was told that it might not be finished that day. No courtesy car was available (I had not arranged one). The receptionist did make a note to try and finish the work the same day.
The work was not finished that day so I had to use public transport to go home and to return the the following day.
Otherwise everything went smoothly.
One other thing. Finding a place to leave my car was difficult. Brayleys have A LOT of cars on their forecourt.

Arrived at about 09.00 for a full service. Said I would wait in-house.
Jessica informed that it was an all day appointment, but said she would let the mechanics know that I was going to wait.
Around 12.15 she informed me that the job was completed and just needed a wash to finish off.
I was very satisfied and Jessica was particularly helpful and friendly.

Staff at the counter is brilliant, both ladies are very kind person's and make there best effort to make the visit to Honda a very pleasant visit.
I have always liked Honda and Braley's Honda is one of the best.

No pick up and delivery service for car service anymore, most inconvenient having to wait for this to be completed.

Since I bought my car 4.5 years ago - the service provided has been superb! More garages should provide this standard of attention. Would not wish to buy a car from any other garage!

I arranged a fixed time for the service and MOT because i do not live near the garage. I took the car in at 12.00 and they phoned me at 13.45 to say the car was ready. Super service !

Had an express service. It took an hour total. Lovely people, quick service!

My car was unable to complete a 1 minute audio update so required a computer reboot. On booking the appointment at Brayley I was told I may have an 8 hour wait (which given I have 2 hour round journey to the garage as well was not great). However, on arrival Jess on the service desk said she would fast track the issue and hopefully the service team could sort the problem within 30 minutes. In the end I think it took less than 30 minutes and Jess even escorted me to where my car was parked. Great service from Jess and one extremely happy customer.

We booked our first service 6 weeks ago and were told there were 2 recalls for the vehicle (Honda had not notified us about these). The service needed to be carried out by end September but they could not do the recall work until late October. We therefore had to book a September while you wait service and a second end October booking for the recall work. Upon arrival at the dealer for the service they said it’s booked in for a service and the recall work and would be with them all day. That would have been great if we’d known about this change of plan in advance, but we had to have the car back by lunchtime to attend a hospital appointment that afternoon. Very frustrating!
The service was carried out without any issue and the car was ready by noon. We will return in a few weeks for the recall work.
