A professional & friendly welcome greeted me when I arrived for my car’s MOT & service yesterday.
In preparation of my visit, Jenifer had already prepared a quote for my next Service Plan, which I was happy to continue for the coming two years.
The paperwork was soon implemented.
The service & MOT was carried out to my satisfaction.
Jenifer & Jess are a credit to Brayleys, & I always feel welcomed as if I’m part of the Brayleys family!

When I brought my car in I was greeted by Jess, who was very friendly and explained what the recall was for.

I requested the tyre pressure monitoring system be repaired. I had previously set the tyre pressures and recalibrated the system several times.
Upon collection, the vehicle was checked and recalibrated. I drove home and the warning lamp illuminated again within two days. It appears the system was reset rather than repaired.
The recall work on the brakes was completed and a new wiper fitted but the vehicle was returned in a state of disrepair and was dirty.

Easy to book appointment for service and MOT. Dealt with by Jenifer on front desk at Enfield showroom when dropping car off who made the process very quick and easy and she ensured I knew the work that was scheduled to be carried out. She also made me aware of the extended warranty option and service contract I could take out. She made it a quick easy and pleasant process. I was dealt with by Jess on collection of the car who again made sure I was aware of the work that was carried out and the recommendations made on the MOT. Again she made it a quick easy and friendly process. I would happily recommend Brayleys Enfield to all Honda vehicle owners.

My vehicle has been with Honda Brayley since Wednesday 18th February 2026.
Today is Wednesday 25th 2026.
I am a motability customer my vehicle needs electrical update setting.
I have had no updates from Honda i only know the situation because i have had to call up within the last week as I've been left in limbo.
When i spoke to someone on Wednesday 24th my vehicle wasn't even in the garage it was still on the forecourt.
I've nothing else to say at this point
I've literally been crying as I've also been left without a curtsey car appointments missed and left a prisoner unable to get anywhere with no updates has left me feeling very vulnerable and sad

I had such a brilliant experience at Brayleys, myself and my husband came on the off chance we might see a car that we could afford, we were so pleasantly surprised by the range that was available and how knowledgeable and supported the staff were. Shae helped us throughout our visit and allow us to see lots of different vehicles which met our needs. We actually ended up being interested in a hybrid car which we had never considered before, but has completely changed the trajectory of our purchase. Shae ensured we were fully informed about all of the different vehicles. Honda has to offer and how these can fit into our lifestyle. Once we had found a car Shae insured it was delivered to the showroom and completely refurbished, it honestly feels like a completely brand-new car and we are so obsessed. I am so pleased with the service we have had and the subsequent check-in is to make sure we are happy with the car and everything is moving smoothly.
