Car booked in at 08.00 am. Within 4 hours the car was fully serviced with MOT and picked up. Happy with the service charge and very pleased with the service!

I received a video, showing my car was being worked on at 9:21, why did it take until16:30 for the car to be ready. This is always the case, a whole day wasted.
I was also told what was needed, including something relating to the tyres, this was not explained properly and I was sold a tyre repair kit, that I probably didn’t need or will ever use at a cost of £80+
Very disappointed

Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience. The changes to the service were not clearly explained, and the service I received did not match what was originally included in the plan.

I was simply told that there had been a temporary change, but no clear explanation or alternative option was provided. I would have expected better communication and a suitable alternative to be offered.

Overall, I found the experience frustrating and would have appreciated more transparency and better customer service.

Liked that u could book specific time with a 3 hour wait time. Good helpful communication with Lee. Not impressed by lack of the usual valeting

I really appreciate your honesty. When I booked the car I was told the handbrake check is included in the service. But when you sent the communication online you mentioned around £35 to adjust the brake so I had no choice but to go and authorise the work. When I came to pay you had included in the service. That impressed me.

Where to begin! A banner in the Service Area reception declares "We're committed to providing the best customer experience". So why do away with the car wash which was always done with a service? The central booking service is not user-friendly. I have never encountered a friendly or helpful staff member when calling it. There used to be three staff manning the service desks - there was one today. He was on a lengthy phone call - so the customer has to wait. I bought my car when it was still the now much-missed Crown Honda. I was guaranteed a free MOT as long as I have the car. Brayleys does not honour that pledge. Where is the "best customer experience"? It's a laughable claim.
I think I cannot be the only one who feels like this. The car park is usually so full that it is difficult to find a space. There were numerous empty spaces today.

Helpful assistance. Thorough work with supporting documentation. Intermediate progress report. Guidance of extension of warranty. Good loan car.

We were attended to on time and was sure to have all our complete car papers before we left.
The manager and Goncalo were very understanding and kind to us and the whole process of buying a car was effortless.

Experience during test drive and purchase was good. Got to drive car for good amount of time. Nearby area isnt the best as its hard to get to somewhere were you can drive above 40mph. Either way was happy with the car and the price i paid and the customer service to the point of sale.

However post purchase aftercare was not as impressive. At point of purchase it was agreed that seller would send an email confirming that the car no longer had any finance that the dealership took against it. I never received this email. Additionally i noted that when i got my digital document most of them including the warranty had not been signed by the dealership. I phoned up to to chase these 2 issues and was told that the message would be passed onto the individual i had dealt with. However a week later I still heard nothing. I phoned again and this time was able to speak to the individual i purchased the vehicle from who then immediately resolved the issues.

Exactly 1 month after i purchased the vehicle it developed a non-serious fault resulting in me taking it to my local honda dealership. The problem was quickly identified and should be covered under the warranty however they wanted a PDI/car check sheet neither of which i could find in my digital documents. I contacted Brayley Honda Bushey to enquire if i could get these documents. Not sure who i spoke to but it was clear they didn’t want to know and were very dismissive. No "sorry to hear that" or "how can i help". First i was told that they wouldn’t have done those forms as the car was too old (i never said who i was or how old the car was). Then after i queried this i was told it would be in the glove box which contradicts the earlier statement. After i said i would check they didnt say anything so i just hung up. I was able to locate the physical document in the end so it was all fine but I certainly got the impression that once the dealership has your money and you have driven off the forecourt that customer service drops to zero and there is no interest in the scenario of the customer having any follow up even if its something small.

Have used Brayleys (Honda) in Bushey for a number of years . Have always found them helpful polite .Different family members have brought several cars from them over the years would and do recommend them a visit .

The worst customer service possible. Very rude guy at the desk today. We wanted something checked. He said you need to book it in but system is down. His excuse was he was on is own & couldn’t help us. Couldn’t even call us back when we said we would leave our number. I don’t know why Honda employ such useless people who are not willing to help their customers.

A very speedy service and MOT. Car returned by noon with all issues resolved. Customer service excellent.

My car was serviced by Brayley Honda Bushey where I have been a customer for well over 20 years. The staff, as usual, were very helpful and customer service very good.
I do not like being contacted by Brayleys Head Office and prefer to contact my local garage direct.
