Terrible service.
Ordered a flat wall bracket for 55 “ Samsung TV.
Knew bracket was arriving so took day off work to fit TV to wall. Wrong screws sent with bracket so was unable to mount TV. Their product ( the bracket that I order is advertised as Guaranteed to fit all Samsung TV’s. Obviously this was not the case.
Contacted them on 24 November stating that the wrong screws had been sent and immediately received an acknowledgment to say they had received the email and would deal with it.
Today, 08 December and over two weeks later, I received an email from them asking me to send the model of TV and they would send new screws.
Because I had waited so long for them to get back to me I bought my own screws and fitted the TV.
Their advertising is false in that they said on their website and pictures that they guarantee that it would fit my Samsung TV and it didn’t.
To take over two weeks to contact me to ask the model of my TV is absolutely unacceptable.
They then claim that their email system was problematic. Although they did receive my email over two weeks ago.
Use this company at your own risk. But if anything is wrong with the product or you need after sales or customer service then I’m afraid that based on my experience you will be very disappointed.

Incorrect bracket ordered - ALL I WANT TO DO IS RETURN IT. This company is just hiding all relevant info to help you return an item. No address, phone lines don't work. I'm seemingly not the only one that has had an issue. Next port of call is lodging a chargeback with my credit card provider.

Seemingly registered to some residential flats in London. All just smoke and mirrors. Waste of space of a company.

I don’t know why there are so many bad reviews or this company ? My experience of this company was brilliant ,easy to order and the bracket came within 48 hours The delivery service was excellent and kept me well informed giving me a 2 hour time slot or other options if needed The Bracket is just what I ordered 👍🏻

Dont even want to give any stars for this sham of a company. Wrong bracket size sent to me, it’s not even what I ordered!!!! No answer on phone and emails getting ignored for 4 weeks now. Absolute disgrace for customer service. Dont order from them!!!!!!!!!!!

Have received a faulty bracket, finally had a response Brackets R us won’t me to return the bracket at my cost !!! How is this ok ? I will return the bracket. However I would never buy another item from this company it’s very poor service be very careful if your thinking of buying from Brackets R us I would not recommend !

Scam of a company. Pay £50 for a bracket that looks of decent quality on their site for a 65" tv. 5 failed attempts by the courier they use, to a delivery just over a week after purchase. The bracket delivered is a cheap and dingey one thats worth about £10 on ebay and low and behold its is for up to 60" so wouldnt fit my tv. No email response from company and no answer over the phone. Company is 100% a scam and should be shut down. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!

Found a perfect bracket for my Samsung TV. Arrived quickly and was surprised of the quality. Customer service is also very helpful in getting some information needed. Would definitely recommend! Thank you

I would give no stars for this Company. I received an item and wanted to return it. They 'closed' their website and denied me the right of returning the item.
I am now stuck with something that is no good at £20.49 out of pocket - Do not buy from this company!!!!

Update on terrible “customer service” experience: so they finally got back to us!!! 30 days exactly after our purchase, and after filling in 4 refund request forms and calling and emailing for a refund for our bracket which was the wrong size. And guess what... they have a strict rule that all items can only be refunded within the 30days otherwise it’s an exchange only. As they didn’t get back to until the end of the 30 days we are not entitled to a refund! Do not.. I repeat.. do not order from these guys! Total scam if you ask me! There is no excuse for it. I only wish I had of read the reviews before purchasing. Lesson learned! PLEASE DON’T DO IT!!

So I enter another week having submitted three online web forms from their web page, the last one being supposedly to a manager requesting a refund.
I have received delivery notices for all of the messages but received replies to none.
The bracket was delivered in very quick time, but was incorrect and the company repeatedly fail to answer my communications, including a tweet and the forms described.

I’ve had a bracketrus bracket for my tv for a couple of years and it is fab! I was recommended by a family member and it’s nice and slim. It was easy to put on the wall and the tv doesn’t move an inch if you knock it. Away to buy another one for my other tv.

I ordered a wall mount for a 65-70" TV, but received a bracket for a 37-63" TV instead. "Lee" from customer service replied to say that the box (and therefore manufacturer) was wrong and that the Brackets-R-Us website was correct. I will not trust "Lee" over the manufacturer when the box specifies which size the bracket is authorized to hold. "Lee" refused to send me a replacement that is clearly labeled to hold a 65" TV and is making me pay postage to return the original bracket. To make matters more difficult, each email takes at least 2 weeks to receive a reply and my request for a phone number to speak to someone continues to go unanswered.

I ordered a bracket on 9 Jan 2021 and still have not received it, no response to emails, wish I had seen these other reviews before orderin, Ive now asked for a refund but looks like I might have to do a chargeback

A waste of time AVOID

DON'T deal with or buy from this useless bunch. Stupidly, I didn't read the reviews before making an online purchase, as they seemed to be a long established company. They commit to 24 hour delivery, so I ordered Dec 10th to have by Xmas. 2 hours after placing the order and receiving an online confirmation from them showing my full delivery address, I received an email from "Lee" claiming that the address was insufficient. Despite my confirmation, plus 3 follow-up emails, no bracket ever arrived. Phonecalls are pointless as it is only a female voice answer message (which seems to be very out-of-date and referring to the first lockdown) and states they are "not receiving calls at the moment". Fortuitously I paid by PayPal and after a bit of effort and bureaucratic hassle, I've got my money back. I think it is a scam. If I could ascertain an address, I would report them to Police and trading regulators.
BEWARE, DON'T buy from them. TV brackets are generic items. There are lots of other suppliers who will actually provide the right bracket.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced, ignore emails, lie and unwilling to cancel orders that they haven't even shipped! Avoid!

Wish i had read the reviews about this shower before i ordered my bracket for a Sony W6 range TV - Paid £35:00 for a standard bracket when you only need a conversion bolt kit for these TVs !!!! they fail on their website to tell you that . Forget about their 30 day money back promise - IT DOES NOT EXIST . Dont bother emailing them - they wont respond to you . Dont bother phoning them as they wont answer your calls
In short avoid this company like covid !!!

I ordered a bracket on 28th November and still nothing has arrived. Customer service began to respond to me and told me there was delays which i completely appreciate however now they are ignoring me. They told me there was an investigation with the courier - who hasn't responded to them and it was their issue. This is not true, I spoke with the courier and they never received any order or parcel for this. Don't buy from them - having to put a dispute in with my bank account to get a refund as they also ignored that request!

Don't use this company. They do not offer any telephone contact number on their website or order emails. They offer one online form to complete regarding any concern or question you have, BUT THEN NEVER RESPOND. I need to return an order and have completed their online form, but they are ignoring me as to how I arrange this, as they haven't even given their address!
