Brilliant service great website, I have bought a number of brackets in the last eighteen months, and they are all excellent quality and value for money.

Excellent service and prompt delivery on the expected date. I have used them many times before and their goods are excellent.

I heave received item on time. Decent stuff. It helped me a lot in my small room.

I have used this company serval times and each time it has been a plesant experience, their website is easy to use and the Brackets are very easy to put up... I will continue to use and recommend them.

I can't fault the bracket, however the customer services could be a lot better, i contact them for some technical info, and they were unable to provide me with it, so i just purchased the the bracket i thought was right and it turned out to be.

I have sent 2 emails to them querying the size of their brackets with locking bars and after 5 days have had no response whatsoever. So do I really want to bother dealing with a company like this that cannot be bothered to answer a simple pre-sales query. The answer is no!
So after some research I ordered via Amazon for just £17 the Goobay Easyfix Ultraslim XL bracket which has a locking bar an holds TV's up to 70 inch. I have used mine with a 49 inch LG TV. The bracket is made in Germany and comes with all fittings, wall fixings and instructions. This bracket was less than half the price of the bracket I was querying with Bracketsrus.

This is the second time I have ordered with them and service is first class and delivered next day.

ordered my bracket friday afternoon , it arrived next morning. it was well packed , and very well made . for the same thing in the high street shops they wanted £100 . brackets r us charged me £42 . when they say it fits a certain size screen ,that just what it means , the screen size . you must measure the distance between the screw holes on the back of your tv, ie across and down . it is called the vesa measurment . all of their adds tell you the vesa size of the bracket you are ordering, so if it is wrong it is your fault for not having a look and getting the measurments correct . j rodella

Really good on the phone; I've used them several times; They provide good brackets that arrive promptly; twice I had to change a bracket due to my fault (I measured it wrong and the other was because I dropped the TV) and they changed the first and refunded the second promptly with no issues; Excellent service

Struggled to find a suitable bracket for a Sony tv until discovering this site. Easy to search for suitable item, ordering was quick and easy, communication re delivery was brilliant and bracket arrived very promptly. Delivery was free. Absolutely delighted.

Please do not buy a bracket from this company. After ordering my TV bracket in good time on Tuesday 28th November. My delivery was due to arrive on Thursday 30th November.

This delivery did not turn up. I looked through my emails and used the tracking number i was given to track my delivery, which did not state anything other than it was due for delivery on the 30th. Foolishly i re-booked my delivery and paid an additional £6 for a next day service to be delivered between 9am and 1pm. As you can probably guess this delivery did not arrive,
I then phoned the courier company to be told that the call centre is external and can not help with my enquire. I then phoned Brackets R us direct and a lady called Christine answered. I was told i could not speak to a manager, i could not get a refund until the courier company had delivered back the bracket... and nobody would call me back.
The customer service is shocking to say the least. I really regret buying the product here, its really not worth the hassle.

Product ordered did not fit my TV and despite thier site promise that it would, they would not give me a full refund. They stopped responding to my emails. Very dissatisfied, will not recommend or use again.

I have to be honest, after placing an order I came across the reviews here and became concerned. However there was no need to be. I ordered just after the "next day delivery" deadline, so the delivery took place about 36 hours after placing my order. The item was as expected and only took a little longer to install than anticipated as I had to do some careful measuring and drilling. Very pleased with the result. BracketsRus could help themselves by actually answering the phone though. Yes they were responsive to email but if you list a number it should be answered when called :-)
