Order some equipment at very short notice for an important event. The team were happy to expedite the order, so that the equipment was with me in plenty of time.

Not only a great product but 10/10 customer service.

So helpful as they helped me edit my order and had it delivered within 24 hours 10/10 customer service and quality of product

I’ve been working with Drei at Boxfit and I couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, he delivers nothing but quality. The attention to detail in the design and fit is top-tier, and he really takes the time to understand what you want.

If you’re serious about boxing and want gear that represents you. Drei at Boxfit is the one to go to. Highly recommend!

I ordered one item delivery stated 2/4 days!!!!
No delivery at all contacted box fit and was told the item was out of stock. Bit annoyed as my grandson needed item for his boxing fight. Ok it was refunded quickly after correspondence between us by email.
Went on to order alternative as advised again stated 2/4 days delivery!!! Again no goods delivered so a repeat situation as above and grandson let down again. My email to the company was to simply make people aware of out of stock items before purchasing an item that is clearly out of stock!!! I then could have chosen an alternative instead of going through this process again and again. I now do not have faith in box fit so won’t be ordering from them again. Hope they improve this service regarding out of stock items before purchasing.

Didnt get my parcel yet but less than 24 hours after placing an order already can tell customer service is absolutely top notch! No often you get anyone who responds that quick and os that polite! Well done whole customer service team!

Great customer service, I needed my item faster so they gave me other options that would arrive in time, great communication and fantastic customer service, would 100% recommend.

There was a issue with my order with wrong size sent out but once I called them and advised they were super helpful in putting this right and even getting the correct item to me the next day on a Saturday morning so item still arrived on time just a day later then it would have
But the customer service to put this right was exceptional and every one I dealt with were very helpful and did as they said they would I've actually just ordered from them again and would recommend

There was an issue with my order with not having the boot I ordered in stock, I was offered the same boot and colour but the newer version at no extra charge, great communication and customer service.

I ordered some boxing shorts for a charity boxing match I am taking part in. I needed a quick delivery, so I selected 1-2 working days but then it somehow defaulted back to the standard 4-5 working days delivery period. I emailed BoxFit UK straight away and Nadia replied back the next working day. She upgraded my delivery with no extra cost, which was a huge help to me and very kind of her to do so. Would definitely order again, providing the shorts are the quality I expect them to be :)

I was well looked after and received my items with no problem from the couriers. The staff went out of there way to help me find a fantastic pair of gloves. i've been using Boxfit for years!!

I ordered shorts that I need for 2 weeks time!

I misread the description & I was told they would take 4 weeks…

I contacted boxfit to express my concern, they have managed to get my shorts done & dispatched the same day I raised this concern!

Absolute class service.

Great service, got custom shorts made, and other items too.

Got more items this week and great value, good few bits for boxing ring too, never disappoint.

They show item in stock and only contact you couple of days later to say they don’t have it and have the cheek to ask if you want to wait couple more weeks. I replied to say it needs to arrive the same week and no response from their side since. I’ll be cancelling my order.

Box fit customer services are awful.
We purchased a pair of boxing boots and were sent the completely wrong colour. This then became my fault. I was not able to speak to anyone on the phone, I had to package the boots up and send them back prior to a refund being given
The courier they sent stated they had turned up but I waited in all day and no one arrived, again this became my fault. I couldn't speak to anyone on the phone and had to email back and forth. Eventually I took the boots to a post office and sent them back. They even had the cheek to adk ne to change my review rating ! No apology
So basically their mistake cost me time and money

I’m really disappointed with Boxfit’s customer service. I emailed them several times and called on multiple occasions about a Black Friday discount issue, but I never received a single response.

It’s frustrating to be ignored when you’re just trying to resolve a straightforward query. A company should value its customers enough to at least respond to messages. I won’t be shopping here again unless their communication improves drastically.

Terrible customer service, phoned the store over two days at least 8 times,no one ever answers the phone, so sent an email requesting info or a call back ,guess what ,no reply . Won't be using this company or recomending them .

I needed a bit of help from their customer service and they couldn't have been better. Would recommend.
