I find it difficult to pour the liquid out of the pouch because of the type of cap that is used. I understand it is there to prevent leakage during delivery, but it makes it difficult to quickly fill up a bottle.

I read on the ingredients that it contains "parfum". I've learnt that parfum is toxic and trying to avoid it. Can someone please advise.

Odpowiedź od Bower Collective
Hi Sally,
Thank you for your feedback on this product and your comments on how we could improve the fragrance. Our product fragrances are derived from essential oils, but we understand that when mixed with cleaning components this can change the fragrance a bit.
If there is anything else we can do, please feel free to reach us. Thanks for your support!
Best wishes,
Hana - Team Bower
Lovely smell and it seems to last longer. I don’t need as much to clean with as other cleansing sprays
