Great Service

Found Bourne Home Furnishings online and went to their showroom. Very friendly service from Chris without any pressure. I was able to get some furniture and recon washing machine all sorted and delivered as expected.

Delivery guys were very professional, even taking their shoes off each time they came in to house. 10/10 for that alone.

Very professional and competitive pricing.

I found the company very professional. Prompt replies to my initial email requesting a quote and kept me fully informed throughout the process of design, measuring and installation.

Good choice of colours and we are very happy with the finished verandah/raised decking and steps. Competitive pricing.

We wouldn't hesitate to use them again for similar work.

Ordered a bed and blanket box

Ordered a bed and blanket box. Bed delivered 21.9.21 and while putting together the bolt snapped off. Tried to contact for a few days no reply when I eventually got through they offered a replacement part which they were posting to myself. 5.10.21 yet to receive the replacement part and once again answer while ringing them. I’m not to scared to sleep in the bed Incase it collapses! Very very rude bad customer service on their part!

I can confirm the part was posted to you and since we hadn’t heard back from you naturally assumed you had received it. I can only apologise if we have missed your call and can assure you it is not intentional we are very busy and attempt to get back to everyone as quickly as we can.

To avoid any delay we did ask you to collect the replacing broken part to which you said you couldn’t as you didn’t have time. We have made every effort to rectify the issue and have not asked for any payment for the part you broke on the bed.

I will ask the team in the morning to post another replacement part to you and will follow up with you ensure you receive it.

Tumble dryer

Called their yesterday tumble dryer had stopped working. Staff very helpful, help me to pick new tumble dryer that suited my needs. Tumble dryer was delivered later same day can't fault the service.

Excellent service

I bought a refurbished fridge freezer, staff were very helpful and offered me an upgrade warranty which they registered for me. Service was amazing and delivery drivers contacted me to let me know when they were on the way. Will definitely use this company again and recommend to friends.

Dryer died BHL to the rescue

Dryer died. Needed one asap. A quick internet search and found Bourne Home Furniture. We could have had it delivered but we are only 30 miles away and woosh it was back in the house. The service was great and the product is excellent for the price. We are now looking at replacing other items.

Great service

Great service, easy to order and quick delivery. Setting up finance with them was simple and quick. Delivery men were polite and helpful. Over all am very pleased.

Purchased an AEG double oven as…

Purchased an AEG double oven as described over phone by staff as grade 1. Very happy to find upon delivery that the only damage was a small dent to the rear housing that is obviously hidden once fitted in kitchen cabinet. The delivery staff were courteous and very helpful and the oven now fitted works perfectly. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again. To summarise; excellent product, fantastic value for money, swift delivery and polite staff.

bought grade 1 , received grade 3 ,

machine i bought was advertised on ebay as grade 1 and clearly showed a grade 1 sticker , they took payment by card and sent me a machine marked grade 3 ,badly scratched and noisey on spin , clearly not the one i agreed to buy , theyre not willing to replace it with the one i bought ,im demanding a full refund and will take legal action if needed
