TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!!!!
If only I had read the reviews before I purchased.
The lady who took our photos did not listen I requested id just like photos of my children together & no others.
Pushy lady did not listen & starting taking single photos of my son!
I sat there in tears she was disrespectful.
The photos looked ok on the screen until we got our order, cropped & not what we expected at all poor quality & a blur!
This is not a professional service so please please please avoid them & save your money.
Customer services do not listen I’ve made countless calls.
My photos are that bad I can not even bring my self to frame & display as it’s embarrassing that I spent my good money on them.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE AVOID!!!!

1. Misguided marketing. Advetisement states £108 for 20 digital images - a common person insinuates 20 different shots. It transpires to be 10 shots and the same replicated in black and white, thus 20 images.

2. We emphasised whilst taking the photos that we want a grandmother/grand-daughter shot. This was taken but then not included in our final 10 when the USB stick arrived in the post. We asked that this be emailed as a standalone, but it was adviced that it had been uploaded onto their portal. Logging into their portal - the charge for the 1 photo was £108, the same price as the 10 shots/20 images!

3. We called their customer services, they stated that the individual photo could be purchased for £25, but that doesn't stack up to:- £108/20 images = £5.40. Or even £108 / 10 shots = £10.80!

Mis-selling, poor service. Do not recommend.

The lady seems to be in hurry.. and did not take more than 10 pictures.. I thought I would have a choice. There timings are so impractical.. they only come in mornings.. I wanted to have family picture with my elder son also in it but he was at school at the time when bounty lady came round. I asked her if they come in the afternoon for which she confirmed that it is only morning. Album just arrived and my 5 year old was in a pool of tears... he just kept on saying why am I not there in these pictures.. I can't do anything but apologise. I really felt sorry for doing this.. I he is part of the family and should really be there in pictures with his little baby brother.. I wish if bounty had some accommodating and practical timings..

Bad customer service. Waited 3 months for a corned through a company they use still no cotbed. 1 person told me to forward all emails as it's false advertising. Finally someone lustens. We do this to be told bounty have no responsibility for a product and company they're advertising.
Avoid do not use. Misleading offers from kiddies kingdom. Never provided goods Bad attitudes of staff and apparently checks are done to make sure the companies have the products???????

When first approached by the photographer I assumed they worked for the hospital. They first presented the photos as a free service. Once the photos were taken, the explanation of what you get and what you pay for it seems intentionally confusing.

We ended up paying £55 for the photobook, which according to other reviews, will be low quality and take a long time to be delivered. The online gallery provided is worthless. Very low resolution pictures with a watermark.

Hard selling something like to people at their most tired and vulnerable moment is a disgrace.

From the representative who visited us at the hospital to the very overpriced products we received...not a great experience at all. The sales techniques at the hospital were very pushy and worried that persons more vulnerable than ourselves may be pressured in to making purchases. Product quality not great considering the price paid - approximately £30 for 3 images that could have been printed with better quality at a self service machine in Boots for £1.50. When asked to return I was offered a 10% and 20% refund with no comments about the quality of the service or assurances from them that it wouldn’t happen again. Advice would be to stay well clear.

The images were nice on the computer but print quality was really poor. Very disappointing. The customer service was also poor when I spoke to them about this. Don’t waste your money!

Photographer wasn't great and felt very pressured into buying a package which isn't nice when you already feel vunerable in hospital after having baby. Took weeks for order to arrive. Over priced and quality of photo was as if they had used an old smartphone. Would recommend that you steer clear and take your own pictures.

After 6 weeks later, I am still waiting for my order. I have been chasing for my order regularly as I ordered the gift package which I wanted to send out the thank you/ welcome Baby cards and photos. I have received the free large print already (but no sign of my main order) which was poor quality anyway - it was blurred! It was rather expensive for the poor quality (and service) I have received so far.

The newborn photo on the gift package is now irrelevant too as my baby is now 1.5 months old and I have many of my own current photos that I could have used myself to create the thank you/welcome baby cards at fraction of the price!

I do not recommend to buy the photos gift package at the hospital. It is expensive and your own photos will be better anyway and faster!! If you really want to buy something then the best item to buy will be the usb with photos on it but that isn’t cheap either!

I am a disappointed customer and will not be ordering this again if I have my second baby! Nor will I recommend it to others hence I wanted to let people know on this review.

The bounty photo lady at the hospital was really nice though and some of the pictures taken were lovely. It’s just the print quality, the severely delayed arrival of the package, the overall service and the cost that I am not impressed with.

Wouldn’t of even have 1 star , they took the photos after the lady walked in my closed curtains whilst I was changing ( naked ) and then I let that go and wanted the photos , for my photos to be sent to the wrong address were a pedophile lives and they could not stop the order ! So I had a week of chasing the post man . Then they sent me a corrected order a week later , and when the order arrived it was not what I payed for told them I want a full refund and I will never use the service again most the offers was 30 pound refund from 130 pound and a free photo and acrilic block I have told them all the way threw this was not good enough but I will accept the photos as I didn’t get my correct order also police advised em to phone trading standerds I told them that if I did not get my full refund I would make sure every one is awear if there rubbish service and I would be going to trading standards as advised so please guys avoid using this service I will also be putting it over social media to prevent this happening to some one else !!

The bounty lady came round to me after I had my son..she was a lovely lady, had the very sales woman way about her, anyway I wanted to get them done as I couldn't with my first she prem and in nicu for ages. My son was fast asleep I had just got him down for a nap when she arrived I did ask if she could come back later but she said she was due to finish after this..so I agreed ( was so tired from giving birth as it was literally 3 hours after wasn't in the mood to argue) they were taken she told me to hold the blanket up against the side of the crib so you couldn't see it I could barely walk ! But did it anyway..the photos have just arrived and I tell you what my son looks stunning but the picture quality is not I repeat NOT worth £40 they came in a pack like something you get of eBay for a quid! Will not use again..although I love the keepsake photos they are not worth your money a camera phone will take just as good a photo and will cost way less! I think that the ladies taking the photos should be mindful that ladies have just give birth and shouldn't be so persistent a d quite intrusive.

Customer service terrible. Photos rubbish quality and ridiculously expensive. Keep clear of these scammers! Order was delivered smashed up as canvas wasn't marked as fragile. Customer service don't care about it. Going to contact the bank to get my money back from Bounty Portraits as they are nothing but a scam! Have been waiting for 3 days for a call back and still no reply. Don't pretend you're busy!

Absolute scam and waste of money! The pictures quality is awful while the prices are just like for the professional photoshoot.

Customer service isn't great either.
Stay away from anything to do with this company!

The photographer was amazing but pictures not worth 109 pounds on 125 mb usb stick. Quality of pictures not good as well.. Very disappoited with the prices and quality...

very bad service, dont even think of taking photograph with them please, no value for money. They will take 200 pounds of you and give you 10 pound worth products. If you question them, they would say it is our policy. 125MB USB costs 109 pounds with them!!!!!! very disappointed. no quality of pictures. Dont expect you will get the photos you ordered.

Terrible customer service!!
The only way to collect the packs are with the app and I have tried many times to download the app and every time when I log in it says error. I have emailed them countless times and no one bothers replying!!!!!!!

Customer service terrible at replying!

Been to every local boots around me (Woking, Guildford, Farnborough & Camberley) and also tried the boots in Salisbury when visiting my sister. None of them have had the bounty boxes in for months now as Bounty stopped sending them.

If they have stopped doing them surely they should remove the freebies off the app?

As a first time mum I would of found this very handy.

I sent an email to them on the 10th June and got an automatic reply saying one of the customer service team would reply within 48 hours...10 days later I still haven't replied.

Bounty Portrait advertises their services as a professional photography. Bottom line is - it is far from professional.

We had a shoot with them the day after our daughter was born. The photographer was fantastic - she handled our baby well, made her comfortable, got us involved. But then came the photos. All but one were out of focus. Only the small prints were of acceptable quality - shrinking the photos made them look better. Anything else, starting from the standard size prints was affected by the lack of focus. It was nothing like the photos on the website.

I'm not a professional, but I am a photography enthusiast. The only reason why we opted for a professional service was to have professional quality keepsakes. Should I know that the service is so bad, I would have taken the photos myself.

The customer service virtually does not exist. We have been trying to resolve the situation for months, but the company evidently has no interest in putting things right.

Good informaion about mum and babys.

This website is a goldmine of handy-dandy things that a new Mum (like myself) can find useful. There are plenty of money-off vouchers to make the pennies stretch further, and other Mums in the forums to chat to and share various tips with. Getting the little packs at Sainsbury's is also fantastic, as you get a TU voucher to go towards getting clothing for the little monster(s) in your life.

It is very daunting being a first-time Mum, and Bounty goes a long way to giving support and advice to them, be you a Mum with a significant other or a Mum striking out on your own.
