The event itself was a great evening. We had a really great time . Food was delicious, entertainment was great. It was lovely to see Kim saying hello and speaking to everyone as we was entering. However, myself and a friend were made to feel uneasy and awkward due to 2 people from a certain franchise where we used to attend. We was pointed at and made to feel uncomfortable. Very sad, given that we support bounce, have done for many years. Puts me off coming to events or classes because of this

It was a lovely evening to celebrate 10 years of ((BOUNCE)). However it would have been better if instructors from the franchises that I have attended would have said hello and spoken instead of ignoring attendees that have paid money to support the company.

Bounce is such a friendly and encouraging place to go for exercise. I have met many new friends and finally found exercise I really enjoy. My favourite classes are now the Reformer Pilates (Bed) and it has really strengthened my core and helps my back.

Bounce recently hosted a bounce ball which was absolutely brilliant from start to finish, there were dancers, live music (the band were amazing) lots of dancing and just generally good vibes all round.

I had an incredible night with the new friends I have met through Bounce and would like to congratulate Kim and her team on their 10 year Anniversary and for creating such a lovely place for women / mums to go and leave stress at the door.

I love bounce and do it at Bexley (Bounce)and Welling( Barbells). The classes are great and the instructors are greater. Such a great exercise class. So many different classes too. I’ve done bed, and bungee too.
If you think you hate exercise then this is the class for you! Start today you won’t regret it.

The food was excellent, great speeches, lovely atmosphere and really nice to see so many people and old faces.
The venue location was ideal! Thank you to the organisers for putting on the party!

The team at bounce are always very friendly and helpful. I had to contact them, which they responded very quickly and were great help. Overall, I am always left feeling happy and satisfied. Thank you!

Just had my new Bungee Trampoline delivered, I love it, love the extra Bounce space.
First class service as always from the team, fast delivery, always answer emails, thank you again for another great item and service.

I live right next door to the Bounce headquarters, how is it that when I ordered 1 pair of trousers and 1 pair of shorts, it has taken over 1 week for my ordered to be looked at. I received an email, 1 week after ordering and paying, to tell me 'good news, we are now processing your order'. Why? How is my order sitting somewhere no even looked at for 7 days. Don't order if you don't have weeks to wait.
Update. Whilst the delay was frustrating, it has been explained that this was due to the manner in which they product the orders. Just think that a more frequent update would be more reassuring. The trousers were great and all went well

Love every item from the Boutique, the slouch Slogan Tee’s have become my go to! Literally live in them at the minute! So soft and comfortable, plus there’s so many ways to wear them! Love! X

When going to ((bounce)) for my training day, I’ve never felt welcomed by the members of staff and how happy and chirpy they all was! and the place looked amazing. I am an anxious person so I suffer with anxiety and with blue and CJ they were amazing to calm me down and get me through the situation. It’s definitely worth the money and obviously the future ahead. I can’t wait to be part of the ((bounce)) team.

You have helped to change my life! Aside from helping me lose 5st, tone up, and make new friends, every interaction whether it be with my class instructors or the fabulous customer service team has been a second to none experience!
Now with 2 trampolines at home I am about to introduce my teenage daughter and have at home membership to ((BOUNCE)) whenever the mood takes us! Eat, sleep, ((BOUNCE)), repeat!

I have been going to Bounce West Drayton and Uxbridge for 2.5 years. It is the only regular exercise I have been motivated to stick too in all my life and that is down to it being THE most fun exercise ever and our instructor,Lauren. She is full of energy, empowerment, enthusiasm and genuinely is there to give you the best 45-60 mins of your time.
The classes feel inclusive and welcoming and I have also met some of the most loveliest woman at these classes too.
Highly recommend.

Amazing workout for absolutely everyone, great instructor, child friendly place. Amazing place to meet lovely ladies and become friends. I have been doing it for more than a year and it has definitely been the best experience out of all workouts that I did so far.

I'm not exaggerating when I say Bounce Fit Body has changed my life! After trying for many years the gym and group classes it always felt like a chore and I had zero motivation. Never had the confidence to try before but I took the plunge and started Bounce at Gerrard's Cross in February 2024 where Sarah made me feel so welcome! She really is a brilliant instructor, so cheerful and motivating at each class. Everybody is so friendly and we all have fun! Shout out to Sammie and Laura as well who are also great! ((B))ounce Gerrards Cross & Beaconsfield are amazing! I hated group works outs. I felt self conscious & judged. Four years ago I walked through the door with a friend not knowing what to expect & immediately knew I had found my happy place. To start with I was very unfit & uncoordinated. Sarah encouraged me to take things at my pace, always giving options as to how to adapt for me and I have never looked back. You have a variety of classes to choose from.... I fell in love with Bounce first, but LOVE Bounce Box too! Such a feel good, high energy vibe. Every attendee is super friendly. Sarah has built an incredible community spirit and is so supportive! If you have been thinking "should give it a go" I would really encourage you to take that leap of faith and give it a try. You wont regret it! Sarah and Laura.... Thank you!

I discovered Bounce whilst on maternity leave a couple of years ago and I was attracted by the child friendly nature of the classes. I started going along to Uxbridge with Lauren on a Monday morning with my baby and really enjoyed the sessions. Lauren is brilliant. I then found Bounce GX with Sarah, which I attend on my day off with my now toddler. Sarah is also amazing. I do also attend Bounce Ruislip with Mel and South Harrow with Eva, who are both equally excellent too, depending on when my schedule allows. I love the pay as you go nature of the classes and the flexibility that allows me to drop into sessions which I can plan around my work and family life and also bring the kids along to the child friendly classes, when I need to, instead of having to forego my work out. My wellness and fitness have improved immensely since I started and I am so pleased. All the instructors are so welcoming, friendly and warm. They are dedicated and passionate about Bounce, I look forward to attending and I really enjoy my workouts!
