Been using it for several months and loved it, mainly for Farmville yet for the over a week now..........it won't even load. Botoholic won't start on Farmville anymore, keep getting the sand glass icon which indicates that it's loading but stays stuck on it for hours. I have purchased both the VIP package, along with everything that they offer and am now disappointed. They need to fix these issues Pronto, otherwise I'm just going to endorse someone else.

I only use this for two games. It does basic tasks on Farmville, but I can do the same things faster using the combine. It visits some low level neighbors, on occasion, but frequently will freeze and stop (of course, these are neighbors that don't play the game, so I have to still manually visit all my high level active neighbors.) Sometimes it won't visit any neighbors. For Frontierville, it won't do anything for you on your homestead and it seldom successfully visits neighbors. I've had a support request open for three months and have received NO reply. In the past, on other support requests, the standard response is to BLAME others.

The Giftbox + Pro claims it receives gifts and accepts wall bonuses. It may read them, it doesn't accept them.

I would not recommend that anyone spend money on this program.

I have used it (Botoolic) with farming master for a while, but in the past month I began having to refresh it frequently just to get it to work again. It stops in the middle of doing any harvesting, plowing, planting, or visiting neighbors. Basically freezes up and quits functioning. Now (for about two weeks now) it barely funcitons at all. I also use the Gift Box+Pro...which was great for a while also, but no longer appears to be collecting any bonuses from my neighbors game posts on my wall. To validate this, I have gone straight to my farm to check the number of gifts currently in my box, then run Gift Box+Pro..and the number doesn't change when I return to my farm. Neither Botoholic or Gift Box seem to work anymore. They are definately broken or need some severe help. I have uninstalled and redownloaded both, to no avail over and over again. I think it's time to start looking for something else superior to these. Save your money for something else.

This tool is just absolutely amazing. I've started using it a year ago and they constantly keep adding products for new games. I'm getting all products for free now as I've applied for VIP membership and I can't imagine life without BOTOHOLIC anymore.

Well only got all the products last night, used for two hours, yes TWO HOURS and now none of them work, so as far as I am concerned it is a SCAM, ripping people off, what a pile of poo..... I liked the product alot when working, and how anyone can say it works fine for them, because I have had nothing but problems, Even got the VIP Package, and the gift box plus don't work don't collected bonus any more, really disappointed with this company right now, we as couple don't have much money me being disabled and have to stay at home, hubby thought be nice to treat me as play so many games.

I don't understand the previous accusations of the bot being a scam, I've been using the Farmville bot for over a year and it works great, recently I upgraded to all of the bots and they work near flawlessly. My only complaint, which is minor, is that some manual clicks are required. For example, in farmville bot, to visit your neighbors automatically you have to start it by clicking and visiting 1 neighbor manually, then it does the rest! So, 4.5 stars from me!

it doesn't work is a scam

the software did not work, emailed them almost daily for a week and finally started asking for a refund.... a support person PROMISED that the person who does it would refund me the $40 on Sat, Dec 18,2010 BUT have not recvd refund to this day. I am going to report to as many agencies as I can. Judy
