Got recommended the headlights, took just about 3 weeks to come in from china, good bright bulbs but highs and lows for brights are backwards. Thinking sylvania bulbs could have done better. Only good thing about these lights is the price and the brightness. Customer service wasn’t helpful either

They have the best bulbs I absolutely love them they’re so bright!!!! I love the quality and they have petty good prices 🙌I really recommend boslla 🙌im satisfied it’s not the first time that I bought bulbs wit them and they work petty good

I bought these lights about 3 weeks ago and never received a tracking number or an order confirmation. They sent me an email today asking me to review the lights when I never received them. I looked at all the reviews of other people saying the same thing how they can’t reach customer service. Update I have received the light they are very high quality and very bright but still no customer service at all. And it did take 3 weeks with out any update.

Ha I ordered headlights & got them I was happy so I decided to do the rest of my car with boslla led lights I ordered parking led light there fine I ordered number plate lights there fine I ordered 2pks of turn signal lights in total 4 put in my car model & the pitcher of them were correct so I ordered the but when I got them I was sent the wrong light's So I reached out to customer service 1st email waiting 24 hours no reply so I sent 4 more emails over 5 days no reply then I decided to fill in boslla return & exchange reason they don't have on there option received wrong items so I said don't fit no reply so I filled another return exchange over 6/7 day's of emails now I receive please share my experience with Boslla is it because IAM in Australia I payed nearly $80au fo be sent the wrong item IAM so angry & disappointed.When I bought my headlights I asked a question & within 2hours I had a reply.So IAM thinking IAM being ignored for 30 day's & then they can say sorry it's a 30 day exchange ha & to make thing's more my friends & family asked where I got my led lights from I said don't bother better off buying something in Australia as this family company doesn't give a sh.. about there customers So that's my feedback & the way I feel I wanted to put it bluntly but I Dec to be calmer about this but IAM very anyoned no reply & there asking about feedback.Even if they reply now I feel like sending all of there product back 😞😞😞😞😞😞😞 7 day's of anger.

Amazing super bright the best lights forever

I love the ability to switch from white light to yellow in harsh weather. I live in the PNW and this helps a lot when it’s dark and rainy 8 months out of the year. When I had issues installing my lights, Boslla was very quick to respond and offer me photos and video to help me resolve my issues! Thanks a ton guys

Bought these for my Daughter's 2000 Nissan Frontier before she left for college in the Mountains. They were easy to install and made a huge difference. Very good product and I feel much safer about the lighting abilities of my Daughter's truck at night. Also tracking was very good as I was waiting for these.

Very very satisfied with their products. Their customer service is unmatched. 10/10 on the lights. Highly recommend this

Kelly from the Boslla team made the comms and dealings really good and positive. The response time was excellent and all was sorted quickly. Have bought number of light bulbs before and will come back for more. Thank team.

I recently wrapped my headlights and fog lights with yellow transparent vinyl with LEDs installed to get that amazing 3000k yellow I wanted but of course that will NOT pass inspection (which was due) but I didn't wanna go back to dull 6k white LEDs and I wasn't gonna rewrap my headlights after removing them just for one day, to pass state inspection. That's when I came across these Tricolor bulbs that gave me the option to switch from 6500k to the 3000k I love! I purchased the H13s for my headlights and the H10s for my fog lights. The 3000k is still my favorite of the 3 colors but the 6500k is INSANELY BRIGHT!!! On the interstate at night the 6500k literally lights up all 4 lanes! I did have an issue 3 days after installing them. One bulb would not switch colors. So I contacted customer service and the sent me a new bulb and ballast/driver. LOVE THESE BULBS and the great customer service.

They shipped my product to me fast with no hassle my only problem is that the lights lasted only 6 months and not long after my newones came the second one burned out no where near the 50000 hrs as advertised

Boslla's response to me is slightly different than the response that they sent to Trustpilot. the following is the last part of their response to me.
"...Now we would like to matter further and assist you with a replacement. For the new order of 9005 LED bulbs, you mentioned that one light bulb can't connect to the socket, you tested this bulb on the passenger, and the driver's 2 sides all can't connect. But another bulb connects to the 2 sides all can connect, right?
Could you provide us with the connect plug of the 2 new bulbs for inspection? We would to help to confirm whether there is a problem with the bulb plug.

If confirm it after we'll send you the new replacement ASAP, it can work it for you?"
They actually want me to remove a perfectly good connector from my car and send it to them to evaluate it to see if it is bad rather than me sending them their bulb to see if it's bad. Once again an unreasonable response so that they don't have to honor a warranty.
I am done dealing with these people since it is a waste of time and money. Truly a company that refuses to check their parts to see if they can fit the application. Cutting a connector that works perfectly fine off my car to see why their bulb doesn't fit is absurd.

The email correspondence was a breeze and extremely helpful. My bulb and ballast came sooner than expected. This is my second set and I still love em! Thanks again for an awesome product.
