Fast shipping, and good customer service. I had a problem. Emailed them and got my problem fixed.

I ordered using the year/make/model menu on their website. They sent me the wrong bulbs. Return policy is complete scam. They want me to pay for return shipping and 15% restock fee. They gave me a super weird return address that Grok said was a scam. DO NOT ORDER THESE

i purchased 9012 LED Headlight Bulbs 16800LM 140W (Pair) and Canbus Decoder - Anti Flicker Error Free - 9012 for total $129.98, it didn't work at all. worst part of that is the cheap plastic adaptor( white piece) was stuck at the bulb socket and no way to get rid of it. we had to go to auto repair store and removed the tires to fish it out. it cost extra $50. we wrote several emails to request return , and they even didn't bother to reply these emails .
these LED bulbs and canbus are both Inferior products， adaptor, o-ring, and other plastic pieces were broken or fell out after first installment. the fair price should be less than $30 for LED bulb, and $5 for canbus.

Don't fooled by those five star reviews, they paid for those reviews.

ordered a couple months ago but my cars been in shop, bulbs have less then 10 hours probably like 5 if even that and they are already twitching between colors. for some pretty expensive lights i figured i would get at least a year out of them. looks like im going back to OEM halogens since every other driver thinks im always flashing at them almost causing like 3 accidents.

When i saw this on YouTube, I was blown away. So I ordered the latest low beam H11 LED for my 2016 Subaru Crosstrek and it was easy to install. I'm glad there were coupon code on this item. My Friends ask me what name brand is it. The color change from bright white to amber yellow is awesome.

Installing the bulbs went about as well as expected. I installed them in a 2009 CRV for a friend. It's a bear changing bulbs in that car. Anyway, they're in and they are operating well. They've been in use about a month. There is occasionally some flicker on the daytime running lights, but it doesn't impede the vision of oncoming traffic and it probably makes drivers take a little more notice, so no dings for that. The headlights work very nicely, as do the brights. 3 colors, so cool. Turning the lights on and off to change color shading requires about 5 seconds between turning headlights off and back on. Superb visibility. If the bulbs last as long as advertised, they'll not only save money in comparison to halogens (that burn out every 9 months on avg.) but installation time too.

I processed an order for Boslla Chameleon bulbs on their website. It was paid in full using PayPal, then never fulfilled. The order links said it was cancelled. Calls not answered, and emails never returned. When I placed a dispute through PayPal, they had the audacity to attempt to refund $1.

The return policy is false.
Even when there is defect on the product side the vendor will refuse to pay for return shipping.

First i dont receive my purchase and its 2 weeks ago purchase. Second i think the price is in CAD and surprise its 129$ US. I hope receive my purchase in good condition. Im seriously dissapointed about the long shipping and my error price.

I never received my adapters ,I got notification that it was shipped. Tracking number and it was out for delivery ,I never received it . Date ordered 12/2/2025

I ordered two sets of lights, and they are very awesome! I like that they're bright and easy to install—just plug and play.

The downside is that they have false advertising. They didn't clearly state that if you're buying in CAD, they'll convert it to USD. The price they advertised was CAD 139, and I paid CAD 158.

Easy to install and fit right into my 2011 ranger. Quite a bit brighter than the 90$ set i previously had in.
Upon testing them here in the driveway I found that they can become unsynced and will show two different modes, also seems to get "stuck" in a mode from time to time and found its only fixable by completely turning the lights off and that seems to me kind of dangerous. Also the plugs leave something to be desired, they fit quite loose and dont have any seal on them.

Haha they want me to do a review on items i have been waiting 3 weeks to receive had to put old lights back in just to drive car to carshow never again very disappointed in shipping

Headlights were easy to install, and I bought them to be bright and they are. I'm not a gusher, and not normally a review writer. I was on the fence about trying them, and I'm happy I got them.

1. The Product Did Not Fit (The Real Reason)
The company's email (which they sent to customers) focuses on the bulb's length and fan hitting the dust cover. This was a real issue, but it wasn't the main problem.
The main issue was that the entire bulb's diameter was too large, making it physically impossible to seat it in the headlight housing. It pushed against the entrance wall and could not be installed.

The company's "fix" of buying an extended dust cover would have been useless, because you can't install a new dust cover if the bulb won't even fit into the housing to begin with.

2. Slow Service & Questionable Refund Policy
While the customer service representatives were professional in their responses, the process was slow. I often only received replies late at night.

After I insisted and my refund was finally approved, I had to wait another full week and contact them again to actually get my money back.

3. Unethical Use of Customer Photos
Here is the most concerning part: The company is now using my photos—the ones I sent to customer support to prove the product was defective—in their public marketing emails. They have added their company logo to my photo and are using it to misrepresent the problem.

The email discusses how to fix a dust cover issue, when my photo clearly shows a fitment issue.

4. The Company's "Fixes" are Risky
This company is actively encouraging its customers to perform "DIY modifications" like drilling holes in their dust covers or using PVC and silicone to create a seal. This is unprofessional, risky, and could easily void your vehicle's warranty. A product advertised as "plug and play" should not require you to permanently modify your car with hardware store parts.

Summary:
I did eventually get my money, but the entire experience was a hassle. Be aware that if you need to make a return, you will likely have to pay $20-$50 for return shipping, which the company will not cover. I personally will not buy another product from Boslla
