Ordered a boot liner for my new Jaecoo 7 and arrived quickly but was wrong size (my fault). Emailed them and they got straight back to me saying they would swap it and send new one out. Returned wrong one and other one came couple of days later. Can’t fault the customer service. Liner is excellent quality not cheap or with a rubbery smell likes others I’ve had. Worth the money, fits perfectly in boot. Comes rolled up so needs to be laid flat for 20 mins but perfect.

The liner is just what I needed to keep the factory fitted felt cover clean and dry at all times.
The rubberised material makes it easy to fit. Needs some time to take shape after it has been rolled up to ship out from the vendor.

I recently bought a boot liner for my wife’s new car. In doing so it was difficult to decide which one of three I should order. To help me to decide I phoned Boot Liners, sent photographs of the actual boot and within an hour received the appropriate advice. On this advice I purchased a boot liner that fits perfectly. Easy to contact, great advice, superb service. Will definitely use Boot Liners again when I buy my next car.

The boot liner for my Volkswagen Passat Estate arrived in good time. The instructions for fitting it were well explained and fitting was easy. It is a good fit but not as good as my previous liner which was shaped to fit the side pockets so that they could still be used. I had my previous liner for 9 years and it had a succession of dogs but stood up to the wear & tear well. It remains to be seen whether this new liner is as good and if it does it may well be worth five stars but only use over time will tell. All I can review at the moment is first impressions on service, quality of the product before use and fit. Only use over time will allow its true quality and value for money to be assessed.
