All perfect apart from mould spores on wood - removed with a damp cloth

I received my console table on time. It was really well packed so no damage incurred. It was easy to assemble and looks great. I'm really pleased with it and would definitely buy from Bokel again.
The mango wood used is responsibly sourced which is good to know.

Lovely dressing table

I wanted to order a custom piece of furniture. Everything to start was going okay except they didn’t get understand I the drawers I was ordering was for a bathroom and to sit underneath a wall hung sink.

Chole who was dealing with me didn’t get this until I sent her a mock up design of what I needed. I have a deadline to meet and explained that I would want this completed for the deadline which was fine.

As we got closer to ordering and finalising the measurements, the reply’s would be once a day, they wouldn’t answer their phones and then when they did she would hang up on you. The emails I was getting we were going round in circles with measurements as I stated several times the exact length and depth it needed to be and I was getting quotes for different measurements which didn’t match this after saying they could complete the order with the measurements required.

I also got a concerning text message to state “ Hi Sarah, I’m just out of office at an appointment. I will call you back later. I am going to work out a discount to offer you as I am aware this has been very back and forth. Anita usually handles admin, and orders. However, due to a recent unexpected illness she is having to take long term leave. We have a new hire starting in January which will help with the workload and organisation. In the meantime, we will be pausing custom orders. However, happy to finalise your pricing today at a discounted rate.”

When I asked about this in a email I didn’t receive a response. I would never get call backs or response.

The order hasn’t went through and unfortunately due to being messed around particularly being on a deadline they have lost my custom.

Lovely piece of furniture. I ordered a bedside table and although it took a while to arrive due to technical issues it was certainly worth the wait. The bedside table is well made and very reasonably priced. Anita was quick to reply to any questions and concerns I had regarding the delivery. I will definitely be ordering from Bokel again.

Product is even better than expected

I bought a medium sized sideboard made from mango wood for my hallway. Initial queries about the interior sizing were answered quickly. It arrived on time, extremely well packaged and the legs were easily attached. It's a beautiful, solid, well-made piece of furniture, perfect for my hallway.

I stumbled across Bokel when looking for furniture for a new loft room and am so glad I did. The first three pieces arrived (two bedside tables and a dressing table) and I was amazed at the quality for the price I paid.

Delivered quickly with good communication from the delivery firm offering dates. Beautiful pieces of furniture. Very well packaged. With only the legs to assemble the chests were in place very quickly. Hardest thing was getting them out the box!

Great item, fast delivery. My only issue is that delivery is not pre-arranged but luckily there was someone home.

We purchased a velvet stool from Love Natural Furniture 10 months ago and recently noticed that the fabric along the edge of the seat was wearing away. We contacted the company and sent pictures of the stool showing where the material had worn away. We also confirmed that the stool is only used occasionally.
We were advised that as we have had the bench for almost ten months it is past their returns policy and they would give us a £10.00 voucher to spend with them. Although they stated that they always take issues like this seriously they also stated that as a small business they cannot afford to replace items after this length of time has passed. They also said that it is clearly in an area where wear and tear over time would be expected whereas we did not expect the velvet on the stool to wear so poorly after just 10 months.
We feel that we could not recommend this supplier in view of our own unsatisfactory experience when making a complaint.

My desk was packaged really well so there are no signs of damage from transit!

The furniture is beautiful quality and shipped with suitable packaging.
Had one problem with a stool I ordered where the bolts would fit, the cut out wasn’t wide enough for the washer, but we fixed that by getting longer bolts
Generally good service and quality.
