I have to say Megan was very helpful to me through my Renewal and I am very satisfied with the service .

I recently had reason to upgrade my terminal. When the unit arrived I was contacted by Elyena, who talked me through the set up process. I wish especially to commend Elyena on the manner in which she guided me through the installation. She was patient, calm, clear and distinct. We recently upgraded our cafe credit card machine to a Pax A920 terminal with BOIPA. Loads of handy features included with a very useful dashboard to see a complete overview of credit card transactions. Elyena O'Kane supported us through the whole process and was incredibly easy to deal with. She explained everything really well and was on hand to go through it all again when we needed it. Very professional and accomodating. I would definitely recommend both the machine and BOIPA if anyone was considering a change.
