I bought a pair of Moroccan Mens Pointed Babouche Slippers 11 months ago and they started falling apart about 8 months in with moderate use. They're now completely unusable. Given they cost £42, I contacted the company for a new pair or refund but was told they don't offer guarantees (not even the statutory 12 month one). I obviously can't pursue them through the courts for such a small sum of money but thought it important to give feedback on the poor build quality of the slipper and poor experience overall.

Absolute shambles don't even waste your time....waited months for a delivery,after repeated emails,it finally arrived....but only half the order came,,,,more emails nothing!!!! Tut tut Bohemia expected more!!!!!!!

unhelpful customer service, delivery did not arrive, had to collect at the post office and got no refund for the express delivery I paid for.
I ordered two identical items, which were different wood, size and thickness. I understand that hand made items differ a bit but mine don't even look similar.

Luke is one of the best hosts I have had the opportunity to meet. Very professional, very knowledgeable, good fun and the service has always been incredible. Luke really makes a difference and I am a regular with many of my friends who also agree that Luke is amazing. He is truly a credit to Bohemia and enhances the experience

I purchased the tan leather mules handmade in Marrakesh, oh my God they are beautiful! The simplicity of the style perfectly shows the quality of the leather and workmanship. The are the kind of slip-on shoes that go with jeans, a summer dress, bare legs or tights. Perfect perfect perfect!

bad customer service and fabulous product

Returned something well over a week ago and still no acknowledgement. Very anxious now I won't be getting my money back.

Awful customer service who are happy to breach consumer rights as they guess you’re not going to fight it. Leather goods smell of vomit which they say is normal!

Bought a hanging basket for £11. Very disappointing quality. I'm quite sure if I'd shopped around I could likely have found something comparable for less than £2. 1 star scored for poor value for money.

“Slight Seconds have small imperfections and flaws with the dyed leather or stitching and slight makers markings can sometimes be visible.”

I think we have wildly different understandings of what ‘slight markings’ means. Both slippers have orange stains all over them.

I recently ordered a medium sized yellow raffia pot but received a small one. I complained. In a 2nd email I was asked to send a photo showing the measurement and did this. I was asked for a replacement to be sent to me and was told the issue would be “resolved”. I will wait and see and report back. It would have been so much simpler if they had just sent a replacement out straightaway with no quibble as most businesses would in this situation

Following disappointment at the Moroccan slippers falling apart after three months and no replacement offered, Russel at Bohemia design contacted me again to say he would send me a replacement pair which I have now received. Very grateful thank you.

My wife bought me a pair of the Moroccan slippers as a present and they fell apart after three months. She contacted Bohemia Design asking for a replacement and they suggested she glue the slippers herself. My wife emailed back to say this wasn’t acceptable and they didn’t even bother to respond.

I purchased a Kimono size small, they sent size large. I returned it for an exchange as promised by Anna Jackson, she apologised and said they would also send me a gift and gift voucher... 6 months later ive received nothing. Im fed up with sending emails to Anna. She keeps saying its been sent but when i ask for a copy of the dispatch documents she stops emailing. All i can now do is warn people to NOT PURCHASE FROM BOHEMIAN ANGELS you might as well tbrow your money in the garbage bin

Nothing that catched my attention. Smooth process and dull content enough for me not to create any emotion.
