After ordering my shampoo and waiting 4 days the first I knew about my product not arriving was a refund from paypal. A couple of days later I then received an email saying my item wasnt in stock and to await a refund. The item was showing in stock when I ordered it.

SHOCKING!! Do not waste your time!!
Shocking service. Ordered 2 items to be delivered withing 3-4 working days before i went on holiday as stated in black and white on the company website still no sign a week later. Looked at many different reviews on this company and many people saying the same thing some no delivery at all!! do not waste your time, company is run by a few women who are quite frankly very rude and do not care!! only about money. their answer is we are trying to run a business if you don't like it you know where to go.

As discussed in our many emails to you, your order was sent out to you less than 24 hours after being placed. It has now been 5 working days since your order was dispatched and it should be delivered imminently.
As stated in our initial emails to you, there was a problem with the input of your postcode on your delivery address which may have added a small delay onto delivery.
