BOC Deliver !!
I called BOC after being let down by another supplier (again). I explained my predicament but I was a not a current customer.
The professional staff at BOC immediately understood my requirements for a Foods Grade Mixture and pulled out all the stops to ensure I had a fresh supply delivered within 24hrs "Now that's what I call Service !!!"

Horrific hidden fees: 1 bottle used & billed £700+
Can anyone honestly say that the use of one small bottle of nitrogen should cost a total of £484.06 (and growing) ?!
Today I received a late payment charge which is the final straw.
For those not wanting to read a long message, I give you the summary:
I used one small bottle of nitrogen and have been landed with almost £500 in fees and I have not even closed my account yet...
I ordered 3 bottles of gas, only to find out the yearly rental fee is all up front and per bottle. It is around 3 times the cost offered by other companies. £799 was my first invoice amount, which for a small company it came as a nasty shock. I quickly sent 2 bottles back and obviously incurred further collection charges and now i'm getting late fees.
I was suckered in by a "sale". I took 3 bottles trying to offset the cost of shipping.
Companies like this exert a lot of stress on small companies.
Lesson learned, do not jump on "offers" quickly. The hidden fees have really set us back.
I am now with another company at a fraction of the cost...

Very expensive to use. Prices have so many hidden costs. Delivery is £37.50. They charge for hire the cylinder they are Con artists. I have been trying to call them for almost 3 months to cancel the number provided it close by 12 noon. I try to online chat is not working and trying to email also failed. I have asked to reduce my account before closing they charge me £215. Never going to recommend this company or use them ever again. Please 🙏 don’t use this unfair company. They don’t contact you rather get collections team to deal with you. POOR Customer Support
