Exceptional Service
Ordering and delivery mostly seamless. For particular reasons I prefer to phone an order through and speak to someone rather than go via the web site. This has become more protracted as BOC moves towards web orientated communications.

After ordering what I needed I was told the day and them had a message with the time frame the gas would be delivered. It then was delivered within the schedule and a very easy procedure to go through.
