Non ho mai ricevuto la statua

Très mauvaise expérience.
Le produit reçu ne correspond absolument pas à la photo que j’ai fournie. Les visages sont déformés, les proportions ne sont pas respectées et le rendu est de très mauvaise qualité.
On est très loin d’une simple “légère modification” comme annoncé. Le résultat est complètement différent.
Le service client a uniquement proposé un remboursement partiel (30% puis 50%) au lieu d’assumer et de rembourser intégralement un produit non conforme.
J’ai dû ouvrir un litige avec ma banque pour espérer récupérer mon argent.
Je déconseille fortement ce site.

Ho acquistato una "Decorazione da scrivania con gancio in stile realistico personalizzato" a circa 30 euro. Sul sito mostra belle statue in 3D. Quello che mi è arrivato è totalmente un altro prodotto: la foto che ho inviato a loro stampata e ricoperta di due strati sottili di plexiglas avanti e dietro, il tutto sorretto da un pezzo di legno (quasi grezzo) che regge a malapena la figura in verticale!

Ho chiesto un rimborso e mi hanno risposto che avrei dovuto rimandare il prodotto a spese mie per avere un rimborso dell'acquisto. La spedizione mi veniva qualcosa come 60€.

Spendete i vostri soldi in una buona cena piuttosto che su questo sito!

Achtung Betrüger!! Knapp 50 Euro bezahlt, keine Ware bekommen! Paypal toleriert diesen Betrug ebenfalls und gibt mir mein Geld nicht zurück!

Vorsicht ! Liefern nicht als 3D Figur sondern nur flache Plastikscheiben mit aufgeklebtem Foto mit geänderten Gesichtern ! Was ein Schrott.

Achtung, Scammer!!! Auf der Webseite werben sie mit 3D-Figuren, geschickt wird dann ein auf Plastik gedrucktes Foto!!! Finger weg!

Company is a clear fraud it’s not a 3D image of your product nor does the photos look like us, people don’t bother with this company and others offering similar products this is the second company that did the same thing probably same company with two names

Machen Werbung für 3-D Figuren schicken einem aber billigprodukt keine Figuren, sondern eng sowas gepresstes zusammengepresstes Pappe oder was auch immer. Das ist nichts mit 3-D einfach nur eine Schablone mit Foto drauf geklebt Betrüger Vorsicht

I ordered a 3D figure and received a 2D image on Plexiglas. The image I sent for the template of myself and my wife was not recognizable on the Plexiglas. I was refused a refund, but after a month of back-and-forth emails, I received at least 50%. For me, this was pure rip-off with fraudulent intent.

This company is falsely advertising its products. The items customers receive are nothing like what is shown or described when purchasing. This is NOT a 3D statue as described. It comes as a flat acrylic sheet that slips into a slot on the base.
To make matters worse, the customer service was extremely disappointing. When I requested a refund, it was denied, and I was told that the product I received was “fine,” despite it clearly not matching what was advertised.

The product images are clearly misleading. The website presents a realistic 3D statue, but what you actually receive is a flat acrylic sheet with a printed photo on it. From the side it is completely flat. There is no 3D sculpture at all.

The marketing creates the strong impression of a detailed, sculpted figure. This is not what is delivered. It is simply a printed acrylic stand with a wooden base.

For €30 this feels like mass-produced dropshipping quality, not a carefully crafted “personalized statue” as advertised. The images appear heavily edited or AI-generated to make the product look premium and three-dimensional.

Buyers should know: this is a 2D printed acrylic display, not a real figurine.
