Having received from BMI very helpful advice regarding the scanner I was interested in, I placed an order after 4pm one day and the scanner was delivered at 9 am the next day. I'm very impressed!

Found BMI Solutions using a web search, only wanted an Epson V550 scanner. Contacted them for price and availability, Lisa's follow up communications were really helpful, price beat others and scanner arrived early the following day. I couldn't ask for a better service and thoroughly recommend them.

Was struggling to locate an Epson V800 scanner. Managed to pre-order one with BMI Solutions who dispatched one as soon as stocks became available. Scanner arrived in less than 24 hours. Excellent service, excellent price. Wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

I rang BMI solutions for advice on what scanner to choose. I spoke to Rob who directed me towards a newer more efficient model than the one I had in mind. Received it on the day required and Rob suggested I call him for remote set up as it was important to get the settings right from the start. He was very helpful, installed the software and made all the necessary connections and away we went ... brilliant! I was very pleased with the service I received and am happy and confident I can now crack on with my scanning with no more ado. Would recommend BMI unreservedly.

I bought an Epson scanner from BMI Solutions and while considering my order I initially phoned them on a Saturday afternoon about 4pm, yet expecting an answer machine.. But their most helpful Director answered the phone and couldn't do enough to help me in every way. Since my purchase their after sales service is also exceptional and they also helped me get a special offer that was available from Epson too. Probably the most Professional, Conscientious and Caring company that I have had the pleasure to deal with.

I phoned BMI and spoke with Lisa late on a friday afternoon. I outlined my requirements, and Lisa was knowledgeable and helpful. She directed me to the model of scanner that suited my budget and needs (essentially for high speed/high daily usage.) I accepted her advice and the scanner had been delivered to me by the following Monday lunchtime. The scanner is everything I hoped for and I was using it in earnest later that day! I'm also pleased with the price I paid and so I can't recommend BMI Solutions highly enough!

We had a really great experience, even if we just have been missed each other at the beginning.

All the problems they have been sorted out quickly.

Good shopping experience ordered Monday afternoon received Tuesday Morning, excellent scanner love it

Ordered a Canon Image Formula DR-F120 and it never worked from receipt. Had I paid the £15 extra it cost on Amazon they would have taken the non-working machine and replaced with a new one. BMI instead directed me to Canon to rectify. Grrrreat NOT!

Tried once worked efficiently so no complaints. Very difficult to judge on one purchase

Item arrived next day. Very pleased with service.
