Ordered a Kindle cover but received the wrong colour - I sent the item back (which cost me £1.96). I was advised that the said item was in stock when I ordered but out of stock (but on the website it has consistently been showing as being in stock!) and that it was a genuine mistake - well there are product codes to use to ensure the correct item is sent!

I was also told I would be refunded the postage cost but that's not happened.

Will not be using again

I purchased a pair of headphones from Bmcdigital. Item was delivered quickly and exactly as described/expected. Would highly recommend and definitely use again.

Waited over 3 weeks for my Kindle ebook cover, after being told the original item must have been lost in the post. When it arrived it was obviously not new and came in a plastic zip-loc sandwich bag with no packaging or paperwork that you would expect with a new item. The light had been left switched .on and the batteries had run out. Although the price was very good, the package as a whole was very disappointing.

Ordered two Kindle covers on the Saturday night and they arrived Tuesday morning. How good is that with today's post!

I ordered a kindle cover and it didnt arrive, it was lost in the post, After several weeks bmcdigital have sent a replacement, which was slightly more expensive, free of charge, its not actually arrived yet, but they sent it yesterday by recorded post so fingers crossed it will arrive tomorrow. The first one getting lost in the post wasnt their fault, and the fact that an exact replacement was out of stock was unfortunate, however their customer service yesterday was excellent and hopefully there will be a good outcome.

A delivery problem (not BMCDigital's fault) was speedily remedied by Jamie.

I had a problem with my order but thouge a mail dialog BMCdigital solved the problem with the dobbelt payment at no delevery. All in all a very niche experiens - thank you for your honesty and your ability to solve the problems with the delevery

Goods received in two weeks of placing order, which was longer than advised. Customer service not terribly responsive, taking two days to respond to each email wondering where my goods were, but I'm happy with the Kindle cover and case and mains adapter for my Kindle. Purple case is quite shiny and smart and I'm just wondering how long it will stay looking so smart, but I like the design especially with the built in light. Shame it doesn't work in the same way as the Amazon light being recharged from the Kindle itself when recharged!

I ordered a leather cover for my 6" kindle and a USB adaptor for travelling. I was delighted with my purchase as the quality was better than I had expected. Included with the cover was a screen saver for the kindle but the pull back paper stuck to the saver and was therefore of no use. Also the first class post took 5 days to get to me!!

Purchased two flexible Gooseneck LED clip-on lights, one for myself and one for my niece for our 6" Kindles. We are both of the opinion that the lights are really good for reading under dimmed room lighting, but especially for night reading. 100% for quality, item description, customer contact and speedy delivery.

Dissapointing so far, ordered two Kindle covers and one was damaged, and had been 'patched'. Fair enough if it was offered for sale as a 'second' at a cheaper price, but it wasnt. Clearly if I had picked it up in a shop I would have put it straight down again or asked for a discount. However, I have returned the item and am still waiting to see how the company redeem themselves...it cost me £1.96 to return it, so I am looking for a new and acceptable cover plus out-of-pocket expenses to arrive in the post very soon. Then ask me for another review!!!
