J'ai acheté une table Ali Sticotti, plateau de verre sur base en bois. A la réception celle ci était cassée, elle a été remplacée gracieusement. Mais 3 ans après, celle ci menace de s'effondrer, tous les points d’assemblage étant cassés. Le plateau de verre est relativement lourd, nous avons des doutes en termes de sécurité. Bluesuntree nous propose de remplacer la table si nous payons les frais de livraison. Mais nous ne sommes responsable de rien. Nous sommes donc dans l'impasse. Nous ne rachèterons plus de produits sur ce site.

Excellent customer service! - slats on my Hempel bed broke after purchasing bed 2 yeRs ago. Bhavini sourced new slats from the supplier for me within a day of my calling.

Great service and a lot of variety 👍
However, the product itself doesn't seem like it would last that long. In our case, we purchased some dining chairs, but they've already started to rock a little. We're fairly slim people and the chairs have been placed on a completely completely flat surface. Granted they're only £100 a chair, but I would still have expected them to last a few years before they started to rock 😬.

Long lead time but I was warned.
Instructions not quite right but I worked it out.
Some scratches and bubbling of pain on drawers. I emailed the company and they offered a replacement (I couldn't wait that long again!) or some money off which I accepted.
I do like the desk, shame about the marks.
