Great for comfort and performance

A brilliant wetsuit - fits like a second skin and the buoyancy is second to none, it’s a PB suit for sure. The thin sleeves really help you to feel the water and the stretchiness of the neoprene give the required flexibility for comfort and performance.
I’ve worn this suit for a few years now and it’s only just starting to show a little wear in the shoulder. I’m saving for my next suit, which will undoubtedly be a blueseventy!

Blue Seventy best wetsuits #fact

Blue Seventy make the best wetsuits. The service was impeccable and the suit prestine. High recommend this company for everything swimming related. I'll be ordering a swim skin very soon.

Blueseventy U.K. have rejuvenated the brand here in the U.K. after returning from a central administrative base in Europe I find access to the brand and customer service much improved. Tom Helen and the team have awesome product and industry knowledge rivalled only by their own enthusiasm.

The flagship Helix wetsuit is unmatched for performance. Without exception this is the go to for my clients both in swim and Triathlon fields. Likewise the performance swim wear and swim skins.

If you need great kit and service (take it from someone with way too many years of racing and coaching experience) Blueseventy U.K. will have your back and what you need

This is genuinely the worst company I…

This is genuinely the worst company I have ever dealt with.

I ordered a £100 pair of Blue Seventy swimming shorts as a Christmas gift for a relative competing in an event. On arrival, we noticed 2 visibly clear depression/weakness spots in the material, I then put my finger on the inside of the trunks and they were noticeably dented/weak; I therefore contacted the company immediately to request a replacement.

Instead of helping, they were argumentative & rude from start to finish. They blamed delays on a bank holiday and even referenced personal issues (despite the fact I hadn’t chased them and this was also a bank holiday for me), dismissed the defect shown clearly in photos sent to them, and claimed they weren’t responsible for how the item arrived from Royal Mail or how they themselves might have stored the trunks at their shop/warehouse to cause the indentations.

The shorts arrived in nothing more than a basic postage bag with no protective packaging — yet they still tried to shift responsibility onto me, despite consumer rights being clear on damaged items and refused to accept that they were indeed faulty/damaged.

Eventually, they agreed to cover the return cost so they could “inspect” the shorts before sending a replacement, all while making me feel very stressed and as though I was at fault for requesting one. To top it off, I had to chase for an update after sending the trunks back and their final email suggested the defect had miraculously “disappeared” during return, implying the issue was fabricated.

I’m not sure why this company would think I would want to waste my own holiday time to get a replacement pair of the same shorts, if they weren’t damaged- a complete waste of time all round.

An incredibly frustrating and unprofessional experience which was very upsetting. I will never use this company again and would strongly advise others to think twice for all the issues.

Also after sending the link of complaints I saw on here from June and beyond to the owner there has been a suspicious number of positive reviews popping up in the last week as if to cover up their previous terrible ones- don’t fall for it!

Sorry that you feel this way. We want to clarify a few things for future readers:

- Initial contact Friday 26 Dec. Reply sent Sunday 28 Dec. Replacement product delivered 05 Jan.

- Product: Lift shorts at £99 with discount (neoprene training shorts). We have never had a pair of these returned to us before, this is a high quality product. No dispute over depression marks being present, refund offered. Customer was advised the depression marks would likely 'pop out' - which they had done by the time the product was returned - there was no accusation that the reported issue had been made up and a new product was dispatched.

- We strongly refute that any reviews might be made up, but thank you to this customer for highlighting the Trust Pilot site to us. We are a relatively new business (April 2024) and had not started using Trust Pilot until now. We had not been aware of previous poor reviews which related to historical orders coming from Europe.

Amazing Service - Highly Recommend

Cannot thank Blueseventy UK enough. I required a swim skin at very short notice in late November 2025. I contacted Helen who managed to source me one from the US, which arrived within a few days. I also bought a wetsuit earlier in 2025 which are both of great quality.

These guys are amazing to deal with, such a professional and friendly service. Definitely go above and beyond, highly recommend.

Blueseventy Reaction Wetsuit

Bought the Reaction Wetsuit and am really pleased with it, stretchy in the right places to give plenty of movement in the arms and loads of buoyancy on the legs. Loads of training and racing in it and the quality is still just as good!

My wetsuit has lasted well (unlike others I’ve had) so I’ve purchased bags and neoprene hat . All excellent service and really pleased with hat and bag.

Have used a variety of Blueseventy wetsuits over the past 10 years. I have frequently trialled other brands. However, have always found myself returning to blueseventy products due to their superior performance, durability and value for money. The Helix wetsuits are first class.

BlueSeventy - excellent service and products!

I have been working with BlueSeventy U.K. as a triathlon coach who has recommended their products to several of my athletes (all of whom have received excellent service and very happy with their products).
Responses are fast and suits arrive within days of being ordered.
As a swimmer, I have worn BlueSeventy wetsuits for over 10 years only buying a new one as I’ve gained weight! . They are great to wear and my Helix feels like a second skin!
They never seem to wear out and feel great to wear.
I also race in their speedsuits and find them fabulously comfortable - and fast.

The reason I always recommend BlueSeventy to athletes is their longevity compared to other suits on the market.

Amazing company

Amazing company. Sourced the product I wanted as it wasn’t in stock locally and got it delivered really quickly. Fab to deal with, super friendly and professional and the product (my new wetsuit) is incredible quality. Highly recommend!

It is so frustrating that I…

It is so frustrating that I cant receive an answer from you about when I will receive my order!!
I have bought a wetsuit long ago and even after several attempts to receive an answer about when I will receive I don't get any response at all!!
That is not okay!

Great service once they received my message

Terrible customer service , i have sent 10 emails and messages through the UK website , no one has contacted me , i just want to exchange for the next size, don't order a blue 70 if your not sure its going to fit properly, looks like i'm going to have to buy something else and lose my money.

Since I wrote the review I contact the USA website , they put me in contact with Blue70 UK , they had a problem with their email and messaging service, that’s why I wasn’t getting any replies , all sorted now and UK distributer has been brilliant!

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. They don't reply to emails or when they do they don't answer your questions. I have been trying to return the wetsuit for 3 weeks now.

Do yourself a favour and buy in the UK. If not: additional costs - bigger than advertised, problems with returns when something is wrong, and terrible Geman customer service.

Order incomplete

Order incomplete. Money has been taken out of my account. Order says complete on website however it is still sitting in a depot in Nottingham waiting for customs charges. Customs charges that I have now been asked to pay by parcel force to receive my order.
I have emailed the company about 5 times and no response. Have had no contact what so ever from the company and finding it very hard to speak to ANYONE.

Incompetent!

Placed an order and paid fully but order never reached me as their own carrier returned it to them as they had shipped it damaged. After numerous emails/chat they finally agreed to send out a replacement assuring me it would arrive on time, several weeks later it did not arrive so I was forced to order elsewhere and they said they would contact thier courier and have the order returned to their warehouse. Nonetheless the order arrived at my home so I immediately returned it and after they recieved it they sneaklily charged me a second time which I only discovered when checking my credit card statement. I contacted them and they were adamant they were in the right until I had to do some research and showed them the proof of delivery by their carriers. They admitted they were in the wrong and refunded me and promised me a small goodie to say sorry. That is several weeks ago and like their order the goodie never arrived. They are incompetent.
