Ordering from Finland
I think your website is excellent and a superb stock of things. However, I thought it was odd there was only one shipping option to Finland at the cost of 25€. And converting the whole purchase to euros (I bought the Colon Cleanse) cost me 145€! A very expensive cleanse. I feel stung, thats all.

Good service
I ordered my product and it came very quickly but what I wasn't happy about was the fact the post person gave my package to my neighbours and expected them to give it to me but left me no note or Indication my package was with my neighbour? They could of kept it and I would never have known so I am NOT happy about that at all.

Colon cleanse kit
I recently purchased a colon cleanse kit from Blue Herb Ltd.
Their product was of very poor quality. So I contacted their customer service, and their customer service was as bad as their product. So I will never purchase any of their products again, and could in no way give them my personnel recommendation. Mark from Warrington.

However, I have investigated your order and I can confirm that you infact ordered the Toxin Absorber - Not the Colon Cleaning Kit. The Toxin Absorber only represents part of the contents of the kit and we would never recommend taking it without the Digestive Stimulator or the usage guide which are both included within the kit.
I have also spoken with our customer service team and they have no record or recollection of speaking with you. I have also checked our email logs and there is no record of any correspondence with your registered email.
