Blue Chip's service and professionalism was faultless. We had one potential issue prior to our holiday and the team was very accommodating and were willing to help resolve the situation should it arise.

Easy to book, great range of properties available. A little confusion of key collection but that is the only tiny issue encountered.

I definitely would recommend Bluechip. They sent me detailed booking information after I sourced a fabulous converted barn thru them. Informative text messages and helpful staff who kindly sent me email links for dog friendly beaches in the area. A 10/10 experience!

Super service accurate description of property.

We had a number of issues with Blue Chip. Firstly, we had to cancel our long-standing, original booking (Isle of Wight) a few weeks before departure after we were informed that major building work would be taking part in the apartment block. In Blue Chip's defence, they then provided us with a few alternatives and we accepted one.
We didn't get a confirmation email, so we telephoned the owners of the property and eventually had our booking confirmed by them and subsequently by Blue Chip after we contacted them again.
Blue Chip charged us nearly £200 more than we would have paid if we'd booked direct with the vendors. We queried this disparity with two members of Blue Chip staff (email and phone). Both declined to respond.
Before the holiday, Blue Chip took £150 from our bank account, despite there being no requirement for a deposit on the re-booking.
In summary, if you can, book direct with the vendor and save yourself a rip-off additional charge of £200 by Blue Chip.
COMMENT ON BLUE CHIP'S RESPONSE:
Blue Chip may not be able to control how property owners offer their properties and for how much, but... they can control how much additional cost they pile onto their unfortunate customers. £200 (circa +25%) is clearly extortionate and unjustifiable. We presume that Blue Chip have an arrangement with vendors (in this case with a large portfolio of properties) to provide the same property at a comparative price - if not, why not? If Blue Chip are seriously concerned about customer service, answer this simple question - Why did you charge us £200 more?

Lovely cottage just a shame the main light in the living room was out, altogether we had 6 lights not working. We felt the dinning room window could have done with a blind or something as felt could not use the room much because every person walking by looked in, was definitely not private!

Excellent again and it was nice to come back in the summer.

Everything is organised well, customer service is excellent... housekeeping when we get to rental is first class.. Blue Chip seem bothered that you do enjoy your holiday AFTER you’ve paid! Not always the case elsewhere!

Only used Blue Chip for The Golden Fort - IOW but accomodation was great and booking process easy.

Great apartment very up market and in a great location, with every thing you would want to make your stay great. l would Highly recommend this apartment, comes with your own parking space with is a bonus.

We had a big problem in one of their properties (pigeon infestation at Napoleon's Landing, Sandown), but although we reported it immediately nothing was done. Holiday was ruined. Read the small print carefully - your booking is actually with the property owner not Blue Chip Holidays. We have been unable to get the proper contact details for the actual owner, and are very dissatisfied customers. Will use Holiday Lettings next time and book a property directly with the owner.

Very good site used before. Both properties spot on, very clean. Will be using again.

Location great. Apartment was nice but not that clean. Floors could have done with a hoover and a wash which I ended up doing. Glass on living room patio doors all dirty. Could have done with some fans for sleeping as the apartment is so hot at night making it uncomfortable to sleep.

Booking so easy with Blue Chip. Property excellent. Lovely holiday.

What more needs to be said

Get high standard properties at good prices.

A good amount of space in this flat and lovely swimming pool. Minutes from Chesil Beach. Good parking facilities.

'Sea view' not great as spoiled by derelict building in direct eyeline from seating area. Swimming pool only open 9-5, an evening or early morning swim would have been an improvement.

Curtains very thin and white, meant very early mornings!

Boiler not working on arrival. Reported on the morning of Day 2, when we realised it was a problem. Not fixed until the owner came at 8pm at the end of day 2.

Easy to use and very efficient, all communication was clear and accurate.
