The staff were absolutely phenomenal & so lovely & attentive. We went in to change my partners tragus piercing after it fell out, Rose had it done painlessly and effortlessly in 5 minutes and was so lovely & careful. I ended up going back only a few hours later needing a helix change myself and found myself dealing with lovely Rose once more. The staff at the counter were just as understanding as the first time and I really enjoyed my experience. I'm considering getting another piercing just to visit again. I would absolutely recommend this store just solely for the customer service alone. Thanks girls!

I got my tongue pierced and noticed it was wonky and quite far back, i went back a few days later and asked them to take it out and for a refund. Jamie who took my piercing out was lovely with me, he was really understanding and put my choices as priority in taking it out. however when speaking to his manager they refused to give me a refund nor store credit and only offered a re-pierce however after telling me that is was wonky due to my anatomy therefore i didn’t want a re-pierce. they ended up offering me a piercing voucher for another piercing however this is upsetting as i don’t want another piercing. the piercing as a whole was excellent but the way they handled their mistake was not okay.

Very Bad my daughter got peirced and it wouldnt heal. They told us to come back and they would repeirce it and i refused as it didnt work first time. Went to another peircing shop they said they should of never peirced my daughters belly button as she didnt have to right fit belly button now she will be scared for life😔😒

This place is Sooo warm lovely kind helpful and reassuring.
Tiegan and Maisie were lovely upstairs.
Tiegan helped me to choose suitable jewellery.
And Harriet downstairs doing my front helix piercing and a bunch of fittings was Such a lovely cool chill funny person to get pierced with. Great for anyone that feels nervous about it.. and is also SOOO CLEAN and professional down there. Honestly it looks more hospital than the hospital!

Visited the liverpool store yesterday afternoon to get my noise pierced.
The staff were really helpful and lovely especially daisy the piercer!
She was so reassuring and patient considering they were really busy and down to only her piercing people.
I would revisit to get another piercing here! Hope your day ended good if you read this daisy!

I got my ears pierced by Rikky, she was really nice and had a conversation with me (I was nervous as I dont like needles) and calmed me down and gave me advice for aftercare. Piercings look great! The staff member that helped me when I booked the appointment was helpful too. They also check for ID which is good (I didn't have it but my mum was with me and she gave consent for me).

I had a second lobe piercing done a few days ago and whilst my piercer was great and did a great job at the piercing, I have some issues about the transparency of pricing. I expected for the prices to be clearly explained to me upfront - and whilst I was told that the piercing would cost £30, it wasn’t clearly explained to me that the studs would be additional to this, or how much. I was then shown a tray of studs and I was asked “which ones do you like?” which seemed to imply that the studs were included in the price. I would have expected to see prices on the tray if they cost additional money. As it was I chose a pair of gold studs which later on found out cost £30 per stud which is an insane price. There must have been cheaper ones and I would have chosen the cheapest considering once my ears have healed I’ll be changing these out. It was only after I had completed the forms and given the total price that I queried how it was so high and I was told the studs cost £30. In hindsight I should have stopped the piercer and asked about this but it really isn’t my job to be clear about pricing and I felt like the entire experience was misleading and purposely confusing in order to make more money. Perhaps my piercer just forgot to tell me about the prices? I’m not sure, but for me transparency is the most important thing in buying something from a business and it breaks trust to feel you’ve been misled. As it is, I’m not even 100% sure if these studs are real gold, solid gold, what carat etc. And this is information I would like upfront and it wasn’t provided.

I have had my piercings in for just over a week now and I’ve had to reduce my review to one star. One of the studs is a gold heart and when I sleep on it, is getting pushed inside my piercing hole - it is clearly too small. As it is I am waking up with my skin having grown over the heart as it’s been pushed so far inside, is constantly full of pus and won’t heal. The other side which is a star is absolutely fine. This piercing is not fit for purpose, it has been missold and in addition to the poor pricing practices I will need to take this further. I will be contacting head office with a formal complaint with a view to getting a full refund.
