misleading promotional via emai and poor customer service.
I am extremely disappointed with the service at the Manchester Arndale store. We received an email for 50% off jewelry, but when we tried to use it, the staff refused to honor the offer. They claimed there were "hidden" terms on the website, despite no restrictions being listed in the email. My daughter has been a loyal customer for piercings here, but for the sake of a £5 discount, they have lost our business. We will be going elsewhere from now on.

Friendly, helpful staff. I hadnt had a piercing for more than a decade and thought piercing area would numbed but apparently this isn't done anymore, nonetheless the procedure was quick and not too painful. Excellent hygiene, after care advice and approachable, professional piercer

The customer service I received from Blue Banana was great. I ordered a beautiful pair of boots, but unfortunately the style didn't suit me so I had to return them.

Ordered three items money and order…
Ordered three items money and order taken. I was given an estimated delivery. Then had email to say all three items I ordered were out of stock and I would have a refund in a few days. I will check if that happened Disappointed that items were still being advertised. I shop with blue banana. ???shop in future!Not happy! You must have known if you had stock or not plus I paid delivery costs. I hope I get that back. Service very poor!

Got a tragus piercing here and my friend got a helix, both went really well and our piercers were super friendly (Id name them but I've unfortunately got a terrible memory). The piercings don't hurt at all even just the day after.
