I love the walk through video. I wish the voice over followed along with the pictures. The voiceover is talking about the bedrooms and the video is in the kitchen

Overall I am pleased with the videos I received. It was as advertised. I signed up for the premium service and received 2 videos for my listings. My only hesitation is that you can not reach anyone by phone if you have a question or problem.

We signed up for the demo to be sure we wanted to go this direction and the demo was AWESOME! Decided to purchase the premium tier and thought for sure some of the elements in the demo would be included, but were not. The vertical video BW sent us is awful! You can definitely see the AI generations and distortions and the video cannot be used in it's current state. The horizontal video was a little better, however, it is very basic and the only AI elements that were added were the spinning of the ceiling fan blades and the flag waving (very unnaturally, waving backward, might I add). The typography is also very basic in the Premium tier. For an investment of $149, you should receive videos that have more luster and exciting effects. If you are a Canva or CapCut user, you can do this type of video work easily. We will say though, that their customer service it great. They are very responsive and will attempt to correct mistakes. They were just unsuccessful with our corrections. Ultimately, the video we received from them is unusable, as it does not reflect the listing in the best way, which is key when advertising and marketing a listing. Others may have better luck when purchasing the premium tier, but if you are looking for the type of work BW advertises, be prepared to spend $350 for the Viral Video for each listing you want to use their services for.

I sent my listing photos and a brief description to Blondwaterfall and they ran with it. I received a great video to share on social media and it saved me a lot of time and money. I'll definitely be using them for every listing, actually about to have another one made.

I would not recommend. What is shown on their social media is not at all what I received. The music choice was awful, and all of the videos in the “viral package” looked almost identical—nothing viral about them. Honestly, I could have created something similar myself in Canva in five minutes. Very discouraging experience for the cost.

I loved the video and feel like it will help get my listing under contract. The price was also very reasonable. I am going to start doing these for all of my listings.

I will start by saying I have used this service several times now and have been very pleased with the results. I do believe this is a new way to promote our listings more engagingly. It's a great tool!
