Purchased a raven black wooden Venetian blind..when it arrived..the box had obviously been previously opened and then resealed...when we opened the box, the bag containing the screws was already ripped open and the screws were everywhere..the small cardboard box was ripped, the blind which I bought as raven black was not black at all...but a shade of grey...the top rail waz a light grey colour...we thought that they had sent us the wrong order...so i called the company and was informed this was our order, they could not explain why the box had been previously opened and the screws were everywhere and there was no instructions. I truly believe this was a returned item... probably because of the colour miss representative issue..but they disagreed.
Not helpful and blinds not as the name would suggest.

After being unhappy with an initial telephone enquiry with B4U, I finally after a few months, decided to order the blinds I had originally sourced from them, especially as they had the exact colour I wanted.
I ordered 5 blinds, with a little trepidation. However, on receipt I found them to be lovely, correctly made up as stated and excellent delivery time.
Therefore, I would, now recommend them explicitly.

Poor service and inaccuracy. Sent the wrong product and the only resolution they’ll offer is to send me out a new part and have me dismantle the product myself and put it back together again correctly. Unhelpful customer service.

The roller blinds were perfect, really good blackout, high quality and the perfect size. Delivery was bang on time. I always use this business for roller blinds as the quality and service are the best.

Our order arrived with in the stated time line, good quality product as brought from Blinds4UK before.
Unfortunately there was a little mishap with ribbon being a different colour to our other orders.
Once pointed out this was rectified immediately and a replacement sent out urgently.

I love these blinds, grey blinds with the grey tape. Ordered online, an easy site to navigate with a phone number to speak to someone if you need assistance. They don't look like cheap ones, very well-made, delivery was quick and easy right to my door. There's also an option to 'name' your blinds at the checkout for which room they are going into, very handy.
My only thing is that I had to cut down some of the blinds myself as they were a few millimeters too big so when measuring take off at least 3 to 4 mm. The blinds are easy to cut with a small saw or Stanley knife if you hit that snag as I did as they are plastic. I'd recommend these blinds for any home, defo a good buy.

This company is very impressive. Provided numerous samples. Easy to order them on the website. Really helpful on the phone too as I had some questions about the product. The member of staff I spoke to even offered to search out yet more samples to send me as I was still unsure about the shade of colour I wanted. The blind arrived well packaged and was easy to install. Totally happy!

This is my 2nd purchase from this company. The made to measure Louvre blinds are great quality at an affordable price. I was a bit confused with the fitting instructions but rang customer service and was warmly welcomed by the receptionist who was very knowledgeable about the product and able to explain how it should be fitted
