It was easy to measure my window with the instructions given online. From ordering to receiving,the whole process went very smoothly. And the blind was good quality.Would definitely use them again.

The ordering process was as easy as ordering our Saturday night take away. Follow the steps, measure and order. Received the vertical blinds within days, the quality is first class, in fact don't tell them but there worth much more than they charge. Fitting is simple and for the non DIY people fitting is so simple, it makes you look good. We have a fault with a header unit which I actually take responsibility for. I telephoned the customer service department to ask the cost for a replacement and was told they would replace it free of charge. What customer service is that, I'll tell you it's a blind company with its eyes wide open, that's what. I cannot recommend the quality, service and price highly enough.

Ordered Sunday night, all 9 blinds, bespoke sizes, arrived Thursday. Very happy with delivery, product and price. Have used before and will use again. Just a point about the website, it is unclear whether the cheaper blinds use a cheaper mechanism than the dearer ones or whether they are the same mechanisms. I say this because the blinds I bought from here 2 or 3 years ago seem a bit more robust than the ones I just bought.

I am delighted with the choice of types of blinds and colours and I am really pleased with the Venetian blinds that I ordered.

I emailed the company several times for samples which they sent quickly. Lots to choose from but finally made up my mind. I followed the instructions for measuring and ordered. I wasn't expecting such good quality as they weren't as expensive as other blinds that are made to measure. Blinds arrived quickly and look fantastic Lovely quality and colour. Look as though someone professional has fitted them. Perfect fit too. I ordered clotted cream colour which fits in perfect with the paintwork on my walls. Would definitely recommend and buy from this company again. Very pleased.

I would certainly recommend Blinds- depot for blinds. I have made two purchases, roller blinds and vertical blinds and have been 100 % pleased with them. Would recommend them regarding quality, service and price.

I was absolutely delighted with my blinds. They are excellent quality blinds and are so much cheaper than buying them from the High Street. It was very easy to order on line and Blinds-Depot were very helpful in sending out samples which arrived the next day. I only had to wait a week in total for the blinds to arrive. Why do High Street shops make you wait four to six weeks? I have recommended Blinds-Depot to four of my friends already and will certainly buy from them again in the future. Can't recommend them enough.

I have used The Blind Depot before and would use them again and recommend them to friends and family. I love the fact that you can order free samples of the blinds so you can check colourings and styles. The prices are great and delivery is always quick. No issues whatsoever.

Wrong colour blinds sent. Lady on the other end of the phone would not believe me. No urgency or special delivery arrangements for the replacement blinds. There was also no apology for the error in the order

I cannot recommend Blinds Depot highly enough. I have used them several times and I cannot fault the workmanship, service and cost which are all first class.

My son had previously purchased blinds from Blinds depot and was impressed with the product. When I decided to install blinds to French Doors he recommended the company. Having ordered and fitted the blinds - a simple activity, I decided to order a second set of just blinds (not with fitting rail) in a different colour. The price for what appears to be a good quality product is very impressive compared with other househiold items. I would definitely use Blinds Depot again should I have a need for more blinds.

I have now bought six blinds from this company and would recommend them to anybody. The quality of the blinds is very good and they cost much less than the better known brands. Measuring and fitting was easy and they were delivered within a few days. You can pay more for this type of blind from another company but in my opinion you would be wasting your money. A well-made product at a reasonable price. Try one and see!
