Have ordered oat milk in bulk from there for about a year; the service used to be excellent but the last 4 or 5 months it has been abysmal. Orders late, or lost, with claims that they have been delivered at times when entire household was in. Latest order (a month ago) hasn't arrived, have emailed 3 times, phone number doesn't exist.
Don't know what's happened to them in the last few months, but would definitely not recommend and have given up on getting any money back.

Ordered a bag of decaf CO2 coffee beans and a milk jug, but the beans wasn’t in the parcel, emailed them but got no reply and their phone number is non existent. AVOID this company its a complete SCAM!!!!!! Ended up wasting £10 after the long wait.
All the 5 stars here must be fake!!!

I order 12 litres of oat milk from this supplier on a regular basis.
It arrives in a timely manner and is reasonably priced.

Do not order from them. I ordered an aeropress and thought I would try a small company rather than Amazon. They never sent it to me evidenced by the royal mail saying they never received it. I asked them to send it and they said they would. I then asked for a refund and they said they would but again nothing came. I asked them again and they stopped replying. Small companies normally give good customer service but not in this case. I hope they go out of business.

Brilliant company and excellent coffee. It took me some time to find the one I love most and there's always new options to try. Fast delivery,well packaged and reasonable price. Not sure there's much to add. Just try it! I'm sure you'll not be disappointed.

My aeropress was very good value, free postage, quick delivery. And the coffee actually is delicious. What more could you ask?
