So far so good!

Have been using BlackVPN for a month now. Rules are clear in what is allowed and what not. Haven't run into any issues so far. Only wish I have is that it would start in the background instead of popping up on the screen.

I've been using BlackVPN during 2 months and I didn't have any problem. They are great tutorials on how to configure and install the VPN (I personally used the tutorial for headless Linux and windows) and the android application is great.I like the fact to be able to choose the location of my VPN.

It secures your network ,one is more secure while browsing and data cannot be monitored by some third party.
1. Download and upload speed are unaffected by the vpn set up. Speed is as it used to be without vpn.
2. The open vpn gui application for windows is hassle free and works instantly after installing, no additional configuration required. Switching location can easily be done by the app in just one click.
3.The android app was available in playstore and never experienced a glitch in it, worked perfectly.
4.What I liked most -- great speed and no downtime whatsoever it (the vpn service) worked all the time.

I've started using blackvpn service recently and found it very comfortable and good enough for using. I've managed to configure it easy on my home Mikrotik router. Thanks to blackvpn support documentation it was easy from me to set it on my MacBook and Windows PC. I need good Internet speed and availability for watching films online and listening music. That's what I've got with blackvpn.

Well I have to say, what a great service.
I did a review of over 10 VPN services and they are clearly the most zero BS one there is. Also the speed is very good and a very stable connection (i'm looking at you nord). All and all very good service, and support helped with misstake I made within 2 hours.

The VPN services is very good and fast.
I have been using the VPN for a month and I can say that it is much more better than others VPNs that I have used before. The speed of the service is really good!
At first, when I was setting up the VPN I could not find too much information to fix some issues on Linux. So, I contacted the BlackVPN support team and they replied after a few minutes with the correct answer to fix the issues.
And last, but not least, it is a little expensive. I think they must work with the promos and plans.

With all the news etc of late about data privacy and ISP's spying on customers I decided to do some (and by some I mean a hell of a lot) of research into VPN services. Having initially subscribed to a paid VPN service (don't trust when its free) I settled for OPENVPN. I found the service to be somewhat slow on my PC but the real off putting part was when I used the app on my phone / android TV box, the service displayed as connected (green icon) yet I could not see any connection data and a server refresh past initial load up just loaded forever, so due to this, back to the drawing board. I then came across the reviews of BLACK VPN on that one privacy site and found black VPN to tick all the boxes I required. After the initial install and setup which I found to be very straight forward using a simple bit of software I just simply right click the tray icon and select where I want to connect to. Quality connections with little to no disconnects and decent speeds. App also works flawlessly, initial install suggests trial period but you just click top left menu icon and select login using the info you get via email when you sign up and away you go, I will definitely be renewing my subscription, my only suggestion is a kill-switch so that if connection drops the internet is suspended while it reconnects. Otherwise I am highly highly satisfied, pricing is fantastic and support (although I have not needed it yet) has good reviews and seems very accessible. Well done BLACK VPN team, a dedicated and very happy customer.

Just supereasy to integrate in Windows10 and untill now the connection never popped out which problem I had with other VPN-services. Also their service readthenburn is easier to use then other enrypting services that I have used before (onetimesecret).

Although the initial set up and the UI are a bit awkward due to the level of protection offered I would still recommend BlackVPN with no reservations :)

My first VPN. Aww... isn't that lovely. Well, it would be a completely lovely experience save for a few things:

a) Setup was intimidating for a noob. I am still not sure I have it right.
b) BlackVPN keeps crashing on my OSX Yosemite all updates complete machine. By that, I mean if the internet goes down unexpectedly, I get that little never ending beach ball. I cannot force quit because it doesnt show up in that option, and the end result is a full reboot. Recently, I had around 10 unexpected internet shut downs. All resulted in the need a reboot.
c) I get lots of warnings that I dont understand at all. This might be the smoking gun but BVPN tells me there is no connection but then shows me there is a connection through a separate window. I find this kind of thing frustrating because I dont know.
d) I try to disconnect through one privacy server and then look at USA based video because its blocked elsewhere. The whole service times out, goes into a "bootloop" and then I have to reboot and just forget the whole thing. Reboot.

So, I am tickled pink when it actually works, but I am frustrated by the amount of time when it doesnt.

Getting started wasnt easy either. I was never sent an initial PW, so I re-requested another. When I plugged that one in, it gave me wrong PW half the time, half the time it worked. When I sent the logs for support, I got a wry, terse response: - wrong PW, try again. I did as instructed and the so called third PW worked.

All in all, I will try again, but I am unhappy about the buggy nature of the app, and hope that it improves.

I found this service great for many reasons:

1) (alleged) zero log policy
2) lightweight "installation", requires hardly any resources except the OpenVPN modules, whereas i worked with VPN clients which used hundred of MB in my memory and also lots of CPU power like other clients of other services sometimes do.
3) mthly pricing is good
4) I needed help due to some tech question, and I got helped very fast and efficient via the online chat support. Thumbs up.

hints:) For a beginner in VPN there could be a bit more information,
and finally there should be a handful more servers in Ireland or some fancy Atlantic islands.

I'd recommend it to experienced computer users.
