Found what I was looking for quickly at a reasonable price and cashier Michael was really pleasant.

Had a very good experience today..Michael was extremely helpful in finding the right shoe and fit etc...

Had what I needed at a good price, looked after me well.

We have just purchased some walking clothing and boots and Ann & Emma at Blacks in Newbury were so very very helpful, thank you guys.

Great help by Ann yesterday. I didn't know that Blacks gave discount to National Trust members. She made sure that I got the discount that I was entitled to.

Went in to buy a pair of walking trousers. Michael and Tanya were so patient and helpful. With their advice, and no pressure we ended up buying the trousers we wanted plus a pair each of thermal walking trousers, a warm top each, a napsack and some walking boot bags. We obviously spent more than planned but came out feeling really good about it all. Thanks guys

Greeted as soon as I walked into the store by two female staff members which were super friendly and made me feel welcomed.

The main reason for my visit today was for a new waterproof coat suitable for all year round. I walked up to the till point and a younger female staff member opned the fitting room door for me so I could try a few items on.

I ended up purchasing the perfect coat that met all of my needs and matched with a great price. Ann was extremely helpful on tills. She gave me all the information I needed in regards to my new coat and the aftercare of washing ect. Overall super friendly team and such a great store! I will definitely be a returning customer.

Always a good experience in Blacks. Staff are friendly and helpful. This time I received an excellent service from Michael who helped me select a pair of trainer type boots. He was friendly, helpful and used initiative as he straddled very well my needs alongside those of another customer.

Tanya was super helpful. She helped my daughter with her Dofe kit.

A few months ago I went into blacks to look for a new puffer coat during the sale, Finn was very helpful to me in finding one which suited my needs and that was still a good price under the sale. He knew exactly where to direct me and how to meet my needs.

Jack was really helpful in my buying leather hiking boots (always tricky) and some good trainers.
He was well informed about his stock and was confident in suggesting which boots/trainers were best for me. All staff were cheerful and getting a DofE discount was a welcome bonus. Many Thanks!
