Polite staff and nice store layout
Visited the Lincoln shop on Saturday (25.2.23), this was my first visit to the store and was impressed by the layout and stock carried. I purchased a new lightweight fleece. I found the staff very pleasant and helpful. The girl who served me on checkout was polite and pleasant.

Went into two similar shops in Lincoln, from different chains. One was appalling customer service but Blacks was the total opposite. A gentleman called Stuart was attentive, helpful and professional. I came out with a coat and felt like he did a great job in helping me find one of quality and within my budget. Very positive experience

2 weeks and still no refund ☹️
Returned one item off my order in store 2 weeks ago, still waiting for the £99 refund. Quick to take payment, slow to refund! Customer service also unhelpful. Wouldn’t buy from again.

Delivery by Evri was terrible
Delivery by Evri was terrible. I ended up cancelling my order.
The shop staff were good and tried to help although I did have to remind them I was Black's customer not Evri and I didn't want to be stressed out by trying to sort things out with Evri.
