Lovely moments in Blackpool
If any of you are planning a trip to Blackpool, think no further than the Blackpool promotions hotels. What a lovely place! Perfect place for family and especially kids. I shall carry wonderful memories of our stay there. Lots of activities for kids, beautiful surroundings and lovely platter. I certainly recommend this place of you are going for a family fun trip.

great holidays they even do all inclusive at prices you wont believe we loved the royal Boston stayed there 3 times last year and this February the staff were very helpful and knowledge about Blackpool good food and choice and not forgetting the free bar, bus, and tram passes lift to all floors

Used Blackpool promotions for the first time last april. Stayed at the alexandra had a great week staff first rate and food amazing. Booked in 2 weeks time visiting again in august and back for a christmas party night. Looks like we are converts.

Just stayed in the royal Seabank for the weekend from the 22nd -24th March and it was the best weekend ever from how easy it was to check in get your room to checking out on the Sunday everything about it was just perfect there was about 20 of us and we all had a great time even the kids to .From sitting in the bar to then going upstairs to entertainment was brilliant we didn’t need to leave the hotel even the kids enjoyed running around and playing in the games room been to many hotels in Blackpool but this definitely was the best by far 5⭐️Will definitely be back

Stayed Mon 18th-22nd March. 4 of us for the all inc £149 each. Have to compliment you and your hotel, very friendly staff, great food, clean hotel/rooms. Lunch was an added bonus, as was the 11am-11pm free bar!! We will definitely be back, enjoyed every minute, well done to all concerned 👍 highly recommended.

Booked hotel and coach foe my disabled cousin and her husband with learning difficulties There was 4 people altogether
Paid for it in full asked for confirmation & invioice to sent to my email address looked on my emails in th end had to ring them to say it didn't arrive they insisted they sent it spoke to the gentlemen on the in seconds it was there Blackpool promotions
Then 2 days later they rang & to say the coach could not take us it was not along enough journey so I tried all over to find some one to take us with no luck I have had to pay 3 hundred for some one to take us by the way I cancelled the break with Blackpool promotion
Went back to the hotel told them what had happened & fortunately got the same rooms I wanted CHEAPER than Blackpool promotions
So not a good experience with Blackpool Promotions.

Absolutely awful!
We stayed at the Royal Seabank hotel through Blackppol Promotions and it was the worst holiday we have ever had. Hotel room was dirty and small. The restaurant food was cold by the time we got it as the waiting staff we so slow at serving it and continuous Bingo is the main “entertainment” which brings them in a lot more income. I’m told that the hotel management know that there are issues at this hotel but they simply dismiss them because “people are only here for a few days anyway”. Obviously, Blackpool Promotions and the hotel management do not realise that if they get a poor reputation people will avoid going there and will not return!! POOR MANAGEMNET!

Our holiday was ruined due to the driver William from whitestar coaches. He was agressive on way to blackpool . Shouting and swearing at elderly. Said the old age pensioners were fu..... 2 mins late and making him fu...... late. Continued shouting up the bus after them in agressive manner. One was trying to hurry with her walking stick. Probably same driver as Anne had in previous comment . Yes people need to be on time but no excuse for being abusive to passengers and scaring them. We travel several times a year with Blackpool promotions but this wasted our holiday. I called blackpool promotions after arrival and Donna told me on the phone that we had to get same driver home. Said no other coaches were going to
destination or close by. I saw the list the night before leaving and seen another half empty bus was going just 2miles away. I called back as soon as office opened. It was our day if departure but luckily we were able to change to another bus who were more professional . Its a shame we cannot book anymore holidays as we have no way of knowing if we are going to have the same driver travelling. Suprised Blackpool promotions employ people and allow them to abuse their customers.

We stayed at The Royal Ruskin for my daughter's 18th birthday & had the most amazing stay! The staff at The Ruskin were superb (treated my daughter like royality on her actual birthday). The rooms were beautiful, very modern shower & such comfy big bed. Breakfast was delicious & booked evening meal for her 18th in hotel, absolutely sensational!! Can't wait to come back again

We stayed in The Royal Seabank and…It was ruined by a terrible, disorganised coach journey
We stayed in The Royal Seabank and found the hotel excellent, great entertainment, good food and fantastic restaurant staff. The return coach journey was horrible and spoiled the whole weekend. We were a party of 7 and were rudely told that we had to wait until everyone else was seated before we could get on the coach as we were on "their" coach (it was the one that Blackpool Promotions had allocated us). When we were finally allowed onto the coach there were not enough seats for us and a very loud woman taking up two seats was arguing with someone from the hotel that she was not going to give up her two seats, nor were some of the others. Some other people reluctantly let us sit down but we felt uncomfortable for the whole journey. I would not travel with Blackpool Promotions again unless seats on the coach were allocated as the return journey ruined the whole weekend. We struggled for seats on the outward journey. The driver jokingly said "I don't know where your going to sit" when he picked us up but the rudeness we experienced on the return journey is something we won't forget!

In regards to your coach journey - unfortunately we do not offer allocated seating on our coaches and kindly rely on the good nature of our passengers to allow couples and families to be seated together. Special requests such as seating near the front of the coach due to mobility - can be made at the time of booking your holiday - although our team will always try their best to fulfil any requests made, please note these cannot be guaranteed.
Should there be any issues during your journey, we kindly urge guests to please raise at the time with our coach drivers who will usually be happy to assist and help with any issues that may arise.
The drivers on board our coaches usually receive excellent feedback due to the wonderful customer care delivered and have received no previous complaints so we are very surprised to hear of the alleged reaction from the driver once notified of the issues relating to the behaviour of other passengers on board the coach. Should you wish to discuss this matter further please do not hesitate to contact our customer services at Head Office.

My Husband booked The Ruskin Hotel
My Husband booked The Ruskin Hotel, as a birthday treat, on New Years Day. Stayed in a premier room, which seemed very nice.However,we hardly slept due to a the noisy extractor fan in the bathroom that refused to shut off. We had a Porter out but he could not resolve it as,apparently, it was due to an electrical fault.
Spoke to the Manager the next Morning, he was not interested at all, he just mentioned that we had got a good deal anywayand gave us a £20 voucher for a future stay!!!! Dont think that will be happening.

I understand you notified our night supervisor of noise disturbance due to a noisy extractor fan in your bathroom, i believe our night supervisor tended to the issue immediately however unfortunately this could not be resolved at the time and needed our maintenance team to investigate - this has since been rectified. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused. I understand as a kind gesture of good will, the management team offered credit towards a future holiday with ourselves - we are sorry this was not to your satisfaction. The management team at the Royal Ruskin all pride themselves on wonderful customer service as reflected in many superb 5 star reviews on both TrustPilot and TripAdvisor, we do believe the team were very understanding and worked to resolve the issue quickly however with you only staying with us the one night unfortunately management were limited with options. We do however hope you will re consider staying with us again in the future as we do value your custom very much.

Been with Blackpool Promotions 3 years running now and its always great. We have a wonderful time when we go the only downside the days just fly by. The staff are always polite and helpful in every way they can be. The hotel is lovely and the food is nice you get a good choice served by staff who always have a smile.(The Royal Boston). The bedroom basic but clean and thats all that matters if you want a great bedroom pay more go elsewhere. We were happy with what we got.You get free travel on buses and trams with a £10 deposit which you get back on return of the pass. There is bingo on in the evening along with great in house entertainment including the 4ds which we've seen twice now and they are great. I can't find anything negative to say.Thanks to all at Blackpool Promotions and The Royal Boston Hotel including Alistair bless him who was muddling through with the mini bus picking up and dropping everyone off in Steves abscence.Our stay dates 22nd Oct to 26th Oct
