Excellent purchase from start to finish. The monitor arrived really well packaged and is incredible value for money. It is in fantastic condition and works perfectly. You can probably tell that I could not be happier.

I'm also not the easiest to please as I have worked in IT support for over 40 years so I know a thing or two about IT hardware.

I have recommended Black Barn to some of my customers for a while but this is the first time I have purchased something for myself. I would not hesitate to do so again.

Purchased used Laptop for use by our club - great service and price. The unit supplied was first class and unmarked. Really pleased with the purchase and definitely use again. Highly recommended.

I had a really great experience with Black Barn Computers. I was working on reviving my desktop machine, which was stubbornly refusing to boot. Chris was really helpful with helping me troubleshoot the issue, and in testing the components he sent out for me before packaging them up, so that I could be as sure as I could be about my conclusions when swapping out parts. I really appreciated the effort and peace of mind. And the machine is back up and running! Very grateful, and will definitely be keeping Black Barn Computers in mind in the future.

The guys at Black Barn helped me with a very annoying network problem on a computer I bought from them, and when I wanted to give up found a replacement unit for me. They tested it both in their lab and at home to be extra sure, so that when I swapped laptops everything was perfect. Of course it is one of the best buys I ever made, a lovely high end laptop which really uses my FTTP connection and looks good too.

The fourth computer i have purchased from Black Barn and as always prompt delivery and a machine that exceeds expectations in terms of condition and performance.
