Sticker sind mit 5 Wochen Verspätung angekommen. Beste Qualität, Gut, dass es noch einen Anbieter mit diesem Sortiment gibt. Meine erste Beurteilung korrigiere ich hiermit insoweit.

Überfordert oder Scam - was nun?!
Ich habe am 25.07.2022 einen kleinen Sticker für mein Garmin Edge 830 bestellt. Zu Beginn war der Kontakt sehr freundlich und die Antworten kamen sehr schnell, das gefiel mir gut.
Mir wurde gesagt, dass ein Custom Sticker 5-7 Werktage benötigt, was für mich aus Portugal vollkommen in Ordnung war.
Am 05.08.2022 habe ich das 1. Mal nachgefragt, wie denn der aktuelle Status ist. Da wurde ich nochmal darauf hingewiesen, dass es normalerweise 5-8 Werktage dauert (die ja schon vorbei waren), und sie aber Komplikationen mit meiner Bestellung hatten.
Am 16.08., 17.08. und am 18.08. habe ich jeweils eine Email geschrieben und erneut nachgehakt, ohne Antworten zu erhalten.
Ohne Antwort kam am 22.08. eine automatisierte Email, dass meine Order versandt wurde (inkl. Tracking Nummer).
Erst am 03.09.2022 kam dann eine Antwort, dass meine Email wohl unterging und sie im Urlaub waren. Ich hatte erneut nachgefragt, da der Sendungsstatus seit dem 22.08. nie verändert hat und die Ware wohl immernoch in Portugal ist. Daraufhin wurde mir geschrieben, dass es wohl unterging und sie ein neues Paket verschickt hatten. Nachdem dieses "neue" Paket dann genau die gleiche Sendungsnummer hatte, wie das 1. Paket, war es mir zu heikel und ich habe mir das Geld zurückgeholt.
Es war ein riesen Aufwand und nun sind fast 2 Monate vorbei, in der Zeit hätte ich mir für die paar Euro auch wo anders ein Dekor kaufen können.

Horrible customer service - ignores you completely
Ordered 3 weeks ago. Payment is done but stickers have not arrived. Tried to contact them 3 times with no reply from the company.
Bought from them two times a couple of years ago, without issues. Stickers are excellent but customer service is non-existent. Maybe they are getting out of business?
Update 13.10.2022:
Seller did contact me and sent me a replacement order, which I finally received. Unfortunately the order contained wrong item. Contacted seller, who agreed to correct the mistake and resend again. That was a month ago. Wrote seller again, but no response...
I give up!

Am 17.08.2022 habe ich eine Mail geschickt, bis heute den 19.8.2022 keine Antwort.
Also wenn das kein FAKE-Shop ist ?!

The worst ecommerce vendor I have dealt with with total disregard for customer service
This vendor is not even worth a single star rating. I never recieved any update after placing the order and had to write an email after which I was told that there was a delay. They then send me a tracking number but it's been over 40 days now and the product was never delivered. Writing an email is fruitless as I have stopped receiving response from them and my request for a refund had gone to deaf ears.

Do not buy from them
Going on 3 mnths to receive my order. Have had multiple emails and a promise to resend. Wished I would have check here before ordering. Would have gone somewhere else. Have accepted its a lost and ordering elsewhere.

Bad experience
This was a bad (if not THE worst experience) I ever had with an internet vendor.
Not only they came up with multiple excuses for not meeting dateline after dateline after dateline but they were never forthcoming in communicating ANY of their constant delays forcing me to always reach out to them to ask where the items where.
ONLY after I got PayPal involved they decided to finally do what they have been promising time after time, after time and sent the product I had ordered.
By then it was late... too little too late..
The exchange of e-mails with them (many) never solved anything.
My advise, DON'T do it !! If you need stickers get them somewhere else .
I got all this documented if you care to see the sequence of events
