Extremely predatory lending
Extremely predatory lending. Rude employees. Run, dont walk away from this company. We paid off our debt months ago and they still have holds placed on our accounts. Nearly killed our business. These guys should be investigated by the FTC for breaking Usury laws, specifically with their subsidiary 8fig. We are filing a case against them for the damages they have done and the holds they still have on our accounts, as they broke our contracts.

Last minute total 180
At the 11th hour and after my confirming phone call to verify me and fund, they turned around 2 hours later and reduced my borrowing by a huge amount and I had to go elsewhere for the balance which is also 100% paid weekly with no issue.

In some cases, the amount approved can be adjusted during final underwriting if additional information comes to light, for example, changes in recent revenue trends, seasonality, or other factors identified during due diligence. When this happens, it’s based on ensuring the structure remains aligned with the business’s current cash flow.
