We had our PCR at Manchester airport. The two ladies at the desk were super kind and fast, the location clean and well organised, the guys in the testing room helpful and clear in their explanations. We received our result 25 hours after taking the tests.
Excellent experience.

After a 4 day wait I phoned to chase our results and was assured we would receive them in 2 hours. Nothing. My children had to cancel booster jabs as still quarantined. After 7 days we re entered society still without results. Have emailed twice for refund and still no response.

Couldn't track or tell me what's going on as I didn't have a tracking numner returned package. They don't keep records of the tracking numbers they give out. Service was rubbish took hours/days to reply by email. Avoid at all costs!!!!

The result of my day 2 arrivals PCR test was supposed to come through within 24 hours but I had to spend an extra day in isolation waiting because the result took just short of 36 hours. Nobody answered the telephone there despite being in hold twice for over half an hour each time and nobody replied to dedicated results email address that I contacted or the complaint I submitted whilst waiting.

Terrible. Took over a week to get my results, very slow. After my last few emails went unanswered, I called and they said my sample had been tested and they had the results, I just hadn’t yet been emailed the results and they would chase up. Email with a negative result followed shortly after.
I don’t know how much longer I would have waited if I didn’t call.
My partner got tested at the airport, paid more but got results less than 24 hours later.
I’d recommend that rather than spend a week inside waiting….

Used this company for our fit to fly certificates. Testing clinic was lovely, very efficient, however our results took 27 hours and my nerves were shot at this point. Thankfully it was negative.

Have used before and not great. BUT this time excellent £20 for a PCR is excellent. We arrived at bootle over an hour before our appointment and was seen and the email of results 6 hours later. I cannot complain and much better than the testing company starting with R

Poor results service. The process of taking the PCR test was good, easy to access and quick test. However they promised a 24 hour result, but I received my result 4 days after my test. This meant I had to quarantine until I had the result. This was after I had to call them multiple times and send multiple emails with no answer.

I had a Day 2 PCR test taken at the Clayton Hotel Manchester on 4th January and it should have been back in 24 hours. No test received still on Saturday 8th January!. I phoned then on 5th January and their voicemail said if about results then email results at biograd.co.uk. I emailed daily but no reply at all. I tried option 3 ( for results) on the phone to speak to someone and waited and waited and cut off! Finally called customer services ( option 1) on the phone who said that my sample had been ran but couldn't share over the phone but would ask someone to send. Also said that the results at biograd.co.uk email incorrect even though their phone line message tells you that you must email there if you are calling about results. Really Poor. You need to try harder! a lot harder!

Kit etc arrived in time and I sent it back fully 71 hours before the flight. In fact, it reached the Liverpool lab 49 hrs before the flight.

However, the company did not process it in the promised timeframe. I had to email them twice. Got the result just 1.5 hours before the flight time. Shoddy at best.

I wouldn't use their services in future.

I waiting over 4 days to receive my test results. I had used them before and was impressed with how quickly I got results but the second time was so disappointing, I would demand a refund and never recommend them to anyone. I got no email updates or any communication about the delay. Terrible.

I am now waiting for any clear communication regarding my refund which I would appreciate some visibility on as soon as possible!

First time I used these guys was okay. Received my test 5 hours after my partners despite testing at the same time. Second time, my results are nowhere to be seen with no communication via email.

I did not receive test results even after 72 hours. No response on email or phone. No update what so ever.
My son missed 3 days of school and now on day 4.
I hope they will at least be responding to my refund request. If I get refund at least I will have some peace of mind. Otherwise it is a total waste!!
However, in the end it was resolved. So I am glad that didn't lose my money.

Paid for pretravel test. The kit did not arrive before travel. I had to pay extra and get the test done within 24 hours from St George's hospital. I used Biograd's kit for post travel PCR. Inspite of phoning them several times and writing on the card "post travel", they mentioned pre travel in the report. And sent the report in a format that I could not open. There was no reply or assistance.

Great service, went to in clinic testing got results back within 24hours. Would defiantly use again. Thanks

Not recommend!!! The results from our test come after 7 days!!!What a joke!!!!

Results not always delivered within the stated timeframe. Had to chase 1 result from each of 2 batches of tests, as reults not sent. Would hesitate to use again.

EDIT: results not delivered within 48h, in breach of point 15 of UKHSA Day 2 and day 8 PCR testing for international arrivals: minimum standards for providers. No response to emails. They also edited their response to this review, removing admission of known delays.

Has done my Fit to fly PCR test and Day 2 PCR test (returning to Uk) with them, and everything run smoothly. They were quite quick too with the result. Very happy to use their service.

I can understand why people from recent reviews are upset - I also waited 4 days for my result but 2 of them were Sunday and bank holiday Monday so they don't count as Royal Mail don't work on these day. Even if posted my sample the same day it wouldn't be picked up at my local ''priority box'' as the time of the last pick up was 11:45am (Friday!) The next pick up was 4 days later, on Tuesday!!! SHAME ON YOU ROYAL MAIL! This very cheaply priced (£15 pick up) service is only for those prepared to wait 2-4 days for a result outside of bank holiday Mondays because Royal Mail are so ''slow''!
