A long time sufferer of Diverticulitis
A long time sufferer of Diverticulitis. Bio Kult had the widest range of probiotics contained so used it for a month at 4 per day. Good results though they tapered off after three months. Now keep it as a booster for when I have bad episodes and that seems to help get back to normal.

I was recommended Bio Kult by my dietician. I have used both the original one and the Cyan one. I have been happy with both. The company are very efficient and I received my tablets through the post very quickly.

I love Bio-Kult! I really struggled with IBS symptoms a few years ago and a family member recommended Bio-Kult - I haven't looked back since ☺️
Not only has it helped with my digestive issues but I definitely have seen a difference in my immunity against bugs, I rarely catch a cold nowadays and I genuinely believe it's down to Bio-Kult 🧡
