Bin There Dump That Dumpster Rentals Recenzje

They completely missed their appointment.
When I called for an eta and a partial refund, they canceled my order completely.
Left me with nothing.
No refund.
Very unprofessional

Confirmed with sales person, Dave, several times when arranging for the dumpster that it could be placed in my front yard due to volume and orientation of my home. Dave assured me several times that, as long as I signed a waiver, it wouldn't be a problem. I completed the waiver online as specified. When the driver showed, he refused to put it in the front yard and put his dispatcher on speaker. The dispatcher basically told me that their policy was to never put them in yards, offered no apology for his lying salesperson, and basically didn't care at all - and why should he? They got their money. He kept explaining their no-yard policy as if I wasn't understanding the rules, and never acknowledged that I had been lied to, several times, by their salesperson. His solution? "Call the office and ask him why he told you it could go in the yard."

Great company. They brought the dumpster the day I called, were flexible when I needed it a couple more days and very professional but friendly. I would highly recommend them to anyone and I wouldn’t use anyone else. Very pleasant experience.

TOTAL A-HOLES. Charge $25 cancel fee. NO ONE ELSE DOES THAT. But they gotta get that $25 out of you no matter what. Even if it means negative reviews.

Well suck on that $25

Forgot to mention, this dumpster was for my parents, my father (Air Force veteran) and my mother, in their 80's and living on a fixed income.

I guess the owner of this company has no shame, and will do anything to collect a measely $25. SHAMEFUL

Great customer service!!!! CJ was very professional and explained the entire process in a way I could understand. The price was solid and the transation could not have been easier. These are the guys to use!

The company found on the Internet, liked that all your services have a detailed explanation, so to determine what you need is not difficult. The cost is adequate, all that was necessary to do just for an hour.

The Atlanta office does a great job ! I rented twice for construction debris removal. They communicated well and delivered and picked up exactly on schedule, High recommendations.

Very friendly and accommodating! Competitive pricing! Will use again and again for my renovation projects!

I would certainly recommend them to my friends and family. Timely, reasonable, affordable and flexible. Nothing but positive feedback. Thanks for making our move less stressful.

Clean colorful bins , protection for the ground surface. Excellent service a winning combination.

The best! Quick delivery, quick take-away....the best!

Great experience! From responsiveness to the care taken to protect our driveway.

Excellent service.

My dumpster was delivered as agreed and picked up immediately when requested. I would definitely use this service again!

Thanks Karen!

Fast and speedy service. Helped me out on a weekend when no one else was open. They delivered and picked up 2 dumpsters! Thank you again!

They had the dumpster on site at the appropriate location, day and time.

Everything was handled professionally. We were happy to have them!

This was such a pleasurable rental experience. I didn't know a lot about the process, but my options were presented to be objectively, and the drop off went smoothly. He was flexible with out pickup date and helped us out with questions as we had them. Would DEFINTELY rent from him again.

On time, curtious & flexible about the pick up date. Definitely made our porch demolition less stressful and motivated us to get rid of other stuff too!

Completely satisfied. Dumpster arrived on time and I had plenty of flexibility in what I was dumping. Personnel were very helpful and friendly on the phone and in person.

This team went above and beyond to help us. I will forever be indebted to Karen
