I'd would give it zero stars. They stared mailing me this magazine. It's the most useless thing I have ever received. Then all of the sudden they try mailing me an invoice to renew at $200.00. It's not worth a penny an issues.

I found this billboard on spareroom app I booked viewing with them on 28/8/24 than I rescheduled it for the 30/8/24 at 7:30 the send a the only thing they send was just a post code no full address and got there waited send massage tell them I’m where is the actual full address no response completely been ignored after I been in work all day tried wasted my money to book a taxi to get there on time but no they didn’t care I left so upset angry than the audacity. So please don’t even bother to deal with them the are scammers they don’t even show up to viewing appointment they book with the customer and try to force you to except to except they offer from a video of the property by email who does the now. Well only who want to scam people. So don’t be fool.

From 1976 to the pandemic you guys have kept a well known popular chart going called the Dance Club Songs Billboard Chart. When the Pandemic hit you chose to stop it for understanding reasons but the Pandemic shut down have been done for some years now…. Why on earth are you guys just letting the chart drop dead like this when you have full capability to turn that chart back on. Such laziness Billboard

I spent almost $200 for a subscription to the Billboard website only to find that the chart listings are not complete, especially for Country music charts. The charts began in 1944 and Billboard only has 1958 on. So don’t expect complete charts. I’ve also reached out to Billboard customer service many times and they do not answer you back. I will not be re-newing my membership.

Billboard having issues with asain artist and mass filtering the data and manipulating the data to which is concerning, even site don't work properly, it never get open correctly for me , at this point being this big chart and doing this lame thing, I don't get the point

Watch out for customs and extra shipping charges. I paid $35 for a “special edition” magazine. Ended up paying almost $80 extra on shipping and additional customs fees. No help whatsoever from customer service and so called magazine was almost a pamphlet. Promised to include special posters but it’s not even an A4 size. Very disappointed.

Terrible customer service. Subscription price went up without any notice. Called customer service for the reason of price hike, and was told " I already explained you" attitudes - without any proper clarification.If asked again, they hang up the phone. Asked for a copy of contract, but they cannot send it, instead "you should read a contract when signing."

I've bought several wireless ear phones, ear buds, and earhooks from Billboard via Dollar General and I've never had a bad experience!! All of the products that I've purchased have worked great! I have some items that I purchased over a year ago!

I ordered magazines from Billboard and they came in horrible packaging and because of that, the magazines were damaged. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I have ordered magazines from just regular everyday people and they had higher standards on packaging. Do not order from them, just go to the store for the magazines!

this site was better in the mid 2000s and i was subscribed user but now the whole pages were changed and its not good anymore.

when i go to that site i will be surprised by loud and disgusting ariane grande music and ads

great magazine and content but disgusting and not useful page now
