Amazing experience
Had my cbt today led by Stuart and Kevin, was my first time ever on a moped and they were very friendly and passionate to get us out on the streets. Clear to see they care a lot about safety of motorists. No complaints, was an amazing experience.

Friendly instructors, easy booking.
I have used the Bikewise gear conversion course for my daughter and son now. On both occasions they came back full of confidence and happy with their instructors
It's a great way to convert from Moped to a bigger bike safely. They will be back for their direct access courses.

Bikewize. Highly recommended
I did my CBT with Bikewize.
A great company to deal with.
El and Lyndon are quite simply the best tutors around. They made the whole experience fun and rewarding, whilst ensuring we received all the necessary information and practical learning required to obtain the CBT. I would highly recommend Bikewize.

You'll be looked after!
Easy location to get to with a Sainsbury's right across the road if you get peckish.
The instructors and office staff are super chill, professional and have great sense of humour.
Most importantly you'll be looked after.

DO NOT USE
DO NOT USE! I booked a CBT test and was told verbally to come at 11.30am. When I came at that time I was then told it should have been 8am instead. Instead of rebooking another slot I was then told to pay another £175! The owner was rude and very inconsiderate and it just seemed like a money grabbing moment rather than good customer service!

Hi Ondray,
Whilst I totally understand that you are upset that you have lost the monies paid for your CBT due to you not arriving on time for your CBT what you are saying is incorrect.
Having booked 100's if not 1000's of bookings for CBT's over the years I know the start time for a CBT is 8am.
However, I did check the CCTV footage of you booking your CBT and I can confirm that I did tell you 8am start on two separate occasions in our conversation (I am more than happy for you to pop in and view this yourself) I also have text correspondence between us both that says from me that all CBT's start at 8am.
Your email confirmation would have confirmed this too but from what I understand it went into your junk/spam mail (which unfortunately we do not have any control over where Hotmail sends emails too.
You also fail to mention that you were raising your voice and becoming very aggressive when my business partner told you that CBT's started at 8am and this wasnt what you wanted to hear.
Once again I am sorry that you are disappointed but unfortunately, this was your error, not ours and as much as we value customer service we are also not a charity.
As mentioned above I am more than happy for you to view the CCTV footage with me if you want just pop in and see me.
Kindest Regards
Lyanna (Director)
I booked the best possible place! everyone is nice and very good people, I loved every minute of it. See you again soon
